“Their price was as competitive as any other website, however what made them stand out was a free delivery to the Inverness area. Some other sites were charging up to £25.00 to deliver here. There was a delay in getting here, but that was unimportant. They made only one mistake. They somehow tried to deliver three ladders when only one was ordered! I would recommend them.”

“Super ladder, good price, speedy delivery – just rather annoyed that delivery left it in the front garden without ringing the bell to say so. I was in the house all the time, waiting for delivery so I could then go out on an urgent errand. Wasted the next hour or so waiting – when it was there (free for anyone to walk off with it, not a reassuring thought) all along.”

“Easy website with plenty of accurate info, then I still had a couple of queries that were fully answered over the phone by a knowledgeable lady. Ordering & delivery then happened just fine (we're out in the sticks in SW Scotland).”
