Super ladder, good price, speedy delivery – just rather annoyed that delivery left it in the front garden without ringing the bell to say so. I was in the house all the time, waiting for delivery so I could then go out on an urgent errand. Wasted the next hour or so waiting – when it was there (free for anyone to walk off with it, not a reassuring thought) all along.
