“If I could leave a lower review I would. The fitting of the door went fine. We’ve had numerous issues since and the ceo is extremely rude and doesn’t want to resolve the issue of me not being able to even use the front door properly. I can’t gain access to my own home and now had to contact the financial ombudsman service to get the issue sorted. Awful customer service!”

“Everything from initial enquiry to completed work has been so effortless. KLG worked with us to come up with the options we were after, and nothing was too much trouble. KLG communicated with us at every stage so we knew exactly when we would expect the work to be carried out. We organised access to the windows and doors to be replaced so there was plenty of room for the fitters to work in. They did an incredible job, from start to finish and the standard of work was another level. Very knowledgeable in their craft and made sure they cleaned everything up as they went along. Very pleased with the outcome, the house now looks completely different. The replacement doors and windows has made a huge improvement in sound reduction and the house feels warmer in just one day. I would recommend KLG to anyone thinking of replacing their doors and windows, the customer service has been amazing throughout. Well done KLG.”
