Overall we are over the moon with the finished room, it looks amazing.
However, it did not go without hiccup!
Our feedback to KLG would be that their attention to detail and communication were the cause of most of the issues.
Having said that the two men who built the actual room (glass and roof) were outstanding! They were polite, courteous and so good at their jobs.
Thank you to everyone who ensured we got there in the end.
