“Overall I’m very satisfied with the work. The new composite door is great. The only issues we had was the surveyor had specified the wrong sill so the job took longer than expected and during installation the plaster above the old door cracked. The installer managed to put it back in but it did give me cause for concern.”

Unfortunately, these are administered by the Insurance Backed Guarantee and Self Certification Schemes independently of our company. “When our door eventually became available it was fitted by a very polite , friendly gentleman who worked efficiently and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left.”

“We had internal Bi-Fold doors fitted which we are extremely pleased with. However, when the fitters came there had been an error at the manufacturing stage so the instruction for the Deco Resin patterned glass had been missed. The doors were fitted with clear glass and a remedial fitter returned 2 and a half weeks later to replace with the correct units. This obviously took the shine off the job on the fitting day and was caused by a lack of clarity on the order form. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.”

“Everything about dealing with KLG Rutland from quote to fitting was fine it was just a pity that a couple of hours after the fitted left we found one window was scratched, the fitter would not have noticed this as it wasn,t until the sun shone on it that it became noticeable, the problem was rectified within a couple of weeks so this action was very prompt.”

“Buying the door was easy and straightforward, the sales lady was efficient, professional and helpful. The measurement process was excellent and the gentleman made sure that we were happy with his decisions. The result was a quality door installed by a quality fitter. There were two minor problems that were quickly and amicably resolved. Very happy customers.”

All our appointments and installation are screened and carried out in a Covid secure manner with social distancing paramount in all installations. “The windows we have had from KLG on two separate occasions are first class and look stunning. We have had 2 different types of blinds in the glass and the first lot were brilliant but the second lot not quite as good (New supplier). KLG are very busy and it does take a while to get your product made and fitted but it is worth the wait. Highly recommended. Adrian & Theresa Newton”
