“The whole process from initial contact right through to the final fitting was handled professionally. No high-pressure sale technique at all just a quality job done at reasonable cost. The fitters were exceptional; we couldn’t really tell they had been as they we so careful and tidy. Would highly recommend KLG to anyone. Mr and Mrs Harris Ilkeston”

“We asked if we could have a replacement bathroom window (glass only) fitted quickly the lady in the office said she could send someone out to confirm the size needed. Alvin arrived the next day & measured up. He said he would do his best & see if it could be fitted by 2nd April- I received a call on the 1st April asking if they can over to fit it now - Alvin arrived 20 minutes later & fitted the glass - looks brilliant now I can recommend KLG highly & Alvin was very good & even offered us advice etc Great company great service *****”

“As the previous reviews have said we had Marc Newstead out to quote and take the order he was very patient was knowable none pushy took time to listen to what I wanted and explained other options nothing was to much trouble felt very comfortable compared to other companies quoteing feeling under pressure it was nice to have someone kind and put me at ease would highly recommend him and klg . The fitters was also excellent very clean and tidy will definitely use Marc and klg again.”

“We are delighted with our new Front Door & Side panel. Marc Newstead the Sales Executive was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, He was Helpful and patient taking time to discuss our exact requirements. He raised details we wouldn't have considered if not for his insight. He was always available for any queries we had and punctual with his appointment. Oliver the Fitter was great, meticulous and detailed, helpful and so clean and tidy. The quality and workmanship is second to none. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend KLG Rutland to friends and family, they didn't disappoint.”

“Would not go anywhere else for windows. The staff are so helpful, from Sales to Surveyor to Fitter. All very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with our Fitter Nathan, who we are lucky to have had on the last 2 occassions. He did a grand job and was so neat and tidy, even with the wind and rain driving in!”

“Superb stunning service highly recommended company from the quote to installation, absolutely no pressure from the sales advisor, fantastic quote, the 2 installers arrived on time, started 9am and were all finished by 1pm, very clean and tidied up afterwards, installation and quality finish we have recommended KLG to many friends and We would absolutely recommend this company to everyone looking for great workmanship and service.”

“What a fabulous experience from start to finish! Initial contact left me confident. The person I spoke to was helpful, friendly and efficient. From a wide range of styles, I chose my door and was over-the-moon when I heard it could be installed before Christmas. The surveyor was professional, informative and competent. Finally, I could not fault the installer. He was punctual and he did a fantastic job! He left the place looking very tidy and was amiable throughout. I love my front door! Thank you KLG Rutland. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.”
