“Good quality doors, installer was a nice chap, the old back door had bolts that had rusted and seized into the brick but he persevered and got it out eventually, the new doors went in fine and look brilliant. We had to have a service visit after a few weeks to tweak the door and that chap was nice as well. All working very smoothly and completely happy with the service”

“I had my back door done with KLG earlier this year and was so pleased I have now had my bay and front door done. The fitters were excellent and worked really hard. The surveyor was extremely thorough and the seemingly small detail he suggested has made a huge difference to the door and window. Im going to get the rest of the house done now.”

“Had KLG/Rutland come and fit 4 windows at my house, the quality of the windows is great, the two fitters (sadly I did not get their names) were very good and knowledgeable, friendly and polite. There checked and double checked the work they were doing, cleaned up after themselves. I aim to replace some other windows in the near future and will use this company again.”

“When we had the money to be able to afford to replace all of our windows and front door i knew the firm i wanted to use was KLG Rutland.They were my father's preferred supplies when he was a self employed builder.I know that he liked to use the best quality product he could find and i can see why he went to KLG.The whole company is so professional from our lovely window fitter Eddie through the surveyor to the gentleman who provided the quote to the people who kept us updated with e-mails.We had no pushy salesman and no pressure to buy.The value for money is fantastic and i will be quite happy to recommend KLG Rutland to anyone who is looking for new windows and doors.”

“We had front and back doors fitted they were very competitively priced excellent quality and the fitter did a fantastic job. We were so impressed with the quality and service we received that we had a conservatory from them too. Very good price and quality. All of the tradesmen who came to undertake the building work including the salesman and surveyor were very friendly and professional, excellent job all round. We were kept well informed from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KLG.”

“After checking many prices on Google I decided I would use KLG RUTLAND , the prices and choices they were offering were very competitive . The 2 doors composite doors they fitted look fantastic the quality of the doors and multi lever locking system are a good quality. “Service at the start was good, however they forgot my installation appointment, I had to call to chase them. Said they had to come back another time to which I stated that wasn't convenient as I had to take the day off work. Asked them to cancel the order as they couldn't fulfill as promised and the company threatened me with legal action. I advised that they were in breach of contract not me and I could obtain legal advise to do the same. After this they were somehow able to carry out my installation. Overall I dont think the customer service was very good and was made to feel like I was in the wrong for their error”

Dear Mrs Jones Thank you for your comments, this was totally our fault and a complete oversight on our part. Our records show that we were in the midst of arranging a Saturday installation, to try and make amends, when one of our installers pulled forward on a job and was able to come that afternoon on the day you had taken off work and complete your installation. Once again we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and take on board your comments regarding customer service.
