“After having 4 quotes from different companies I chose KLG mainly because of the salesman Marc Newstead, very knowledgeable, was was patient with me as I had lots of questions. KLG we’re not the cheapest but you pay for quality and professionalism. Would recommend them every time. Thank you Marc and the team.”

“Most ecent job KLG did for us was a new front door on one of our rentals. Quality door, good fitting. KLG have done numerous jobs for us over the last 15 years, both on our own house and on our rentals.”

“Would not go anywhere else for windows. The staff are so helpful, from Sales to Surveyor to Fitter. All very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with our Fitter Nathan, who we are lucky to have had on the last 2 occassions. He did a grand job and was so neat and tidy, even with the wind and rain driving in!”

“Superb stunning service highly recommended company from the quote to installation, absolutely no pressure from the sales advisor, fantastic quote, the 2 installers arrived on time, started 9am and were all finished by 1pm, very clean and tidied up afterwards, installation and quality finish we have recommended KLG to many friends and We would absolutely recommend this company to everyone looking for great workmanship and service.”

“What a fabulous experience from start to finish! Initial contact left me confident. The person I spoke to was helpful, friendly and efficient. From a wide range of styles, I chose my door and was over-the-moon when I heard it could be installed before Christmas. The surveyor was professional, informative and competent. Finally, I could not fault the installer. He was punctual and he did a fantastic job! He left the place looking very tidy and was amiable throughout. I love my front door! Thank you KLG Rutland. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.”

“WOW, what can we say. We have just had nearly our whole house new windows & door refitted 5th January week. They look stunning, what a transformation, & the quality is 2nd to none. We definitely chose the right company for this job. Eddy & Aaron the fitters have done an amazing professional job. We would recommend KLG to anybody. “We have recently had a fantastic experience with KLG Rutland from start to finish. From our initial visit to their very well stocked show room in Beeston, along with the guidance and expert advise from their Sales representive, Charlotte, who pointed out the best financial package for what we wanted (new front & back doors) and which doors were both in & out of the suggested deals. To the visit from their suveyor a week later to ensure the ordered doors would fit and work, and there were no hidden surprises that would cause issues & challenges for the installer when the doors were created & supplied. And finally to the day of the installation of the doors, Eddie our installer arrived on time, and craked on, he oozed professionalism, experience, knowledge and humour. He worked steadily, quickly, cleanly and safely, minimizing the amount of time we were 'doorless' due to having our doors replaced in December, and tidying as he went. The whole experience was totally painless and we would have no hesitation in recommending KLG Rutland to anyone looking for doors, windows etc.”
