Really unhelpful. I had a complicated route that I needed a quote for, tried to use the live chat which popped up, the consultant refused to give me a quote. Kept telling me to input my many journeys one-by-one into the system. Most unhelpful...point of live chat???

After using their chat facility pre booking and being provided with a link to our destination from their Consulant Alina, I booked a return transfer, paid our return trip in full and received confirmation emails confirming our booking then further text messages advising the name of the driver that would doing both legs of our trip. I thought all was good but I've now received emails saying that both of the pick up and return addresses were wrong (? - we used the link from their consultant and selected the name of our hotel so how on earth it can go wrong is beyond me) and that our trip would be another 38 euros more expensive. This made them more expensive than all other companies that we had priced the journey with. When I told them this their Consultant Azat said 'Probably. We don't keep track of competitors' prices.' So, we now need to start from scratch with another company. This was the first time that we were going to use Kiwitaxi and we obviously won't be for this trip or any other trip. So, even though you have booked, paid, had email and text confirmations of your booking and journey with Kiwitaxi - do not assume that you will be actually be getting your transfers. From my experience I would advise you to avoid them like the plague.

"Taxi booked for 22:00. 22:05 First call to check where the driver was. Driver picks up the phone says something and hangs up. 5 more calls and no answer. Few more calls to the office - no answer. Why giving numbers if no one answers. Had to take taxi from airport. Twice the price. Disappointed with the service." I didn't ask for any refund, discount or money back Yet the replay from the office was as bellow: "Unfortunately, we have to hold an amount of prepayment as the compensation of expenses for preparing for this transfer because your driver was waiting for you at the airport on time and was trying to reach you by phone. We regret that your transfer did not take place however any violation of the service rules has not been detected. " And at the end company tried to prove that the driver was there and I wasn't. Never again.

The company was not able to issue any bill or invoice for prepaid service in Paris last week. Even they were not able to inform taxi drivers that I would need bills from them. Their customer service is horrible and they are not able to solve such a simple and mandatory thing such as a bill from a taxi driver in the Europian Union. One more bad experience with Russians. Never ever.

we book transfer from dalaman to marmarıs and payed full credit cart. the transfer bus wasnt there.we call company 45 mınute later they send very very old mercedes l think .l thınk older than me.there was one aircondition at frond side and we burn we never back again

If I could give these muppets a NEGATIVE 5 star rating I would. I booked a transfer online for a 10am pick up from a hotel in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast to Naples Airport and my credit card was charged €123. The night before my scheduled pick up, I received an email informing me my reservation had been cancelled because of "incorrect information" contained in the booking form. This, in short, is crap! I am not in the habit of checking emails every 5 minutes while on holidays and did not find out about the cancellation until 2 hours before pick up, but even if I had seen the email as soon as it was delivered, it was too late in the day to book with another provider at that time. After asking what the specific incorrect information was, I was informed my telephone number was incorrect, which again, is crap. The online booking form will not accept an incorrect number and will not process the booking. My booking was accepted, a confirmation number was sent and my card was charged for the full amount. The company "kindly" assured me the amount would be refunded - in 5 to 7 business days. Do not use these shonky operators. In countries with more robust consumer protection laws in place, they would not be allowed to operate. Left high and dry by dishonest and unscrupulous Russians.

Charged me 30€ more because of miscomunication with the driver. I changed the location and they failed to comunicate. Once the driver arrived, they told me that although changing the address the price was the same and charged me more. After my complain they apologised and gave me a 10$ voucher in order to make up for the 30 € loss I suffered. This is not a great service.

We used Kiwi taxi in Montenegro, Kotor. We gave a very easy meeting point with not much people but the driver never arrived. Neither did he call us like he was supposed to even though I got a confirmation message from Kiwi. Calling the contact number didn't help at all. We almost missed our pre-arranged full-day hiking trip due to Kiwi. Luckily we made it in time because we decided to take a more expensive taxi.

Did 2 bookings with Kiwi Taxi: one from Almeria Airport to San Jose and the other for the return trip. The return trip got cancelled so I can't comment on that one; the first trip was chaotic at best. The driver was 20 minutes late (no heads up beforehand, I had to call the company to find out where he was). He didn't speak any English so it was difficult to communicate with him. It took him nearly an hour for the 30km long journey (which took us with a local taxi company on the way back just over half an hour) and then he did not even have 2 Euros change so I had to tip him. I wish I had just taken one of the cabs that are waiting at the airport instead (there are plenty) and am glad that the return trip got cancelled as we ended up booking a cab through our hotel which provided much better service.

Hello, my boy and I booked a kiwi taxi in Madrid on Saturday 29 April, 2017 that was supposed to take us from Madrid Airport to Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. I had prepaid €10, lucky me I hadn’t prepaid the total fare! The driver was not only so late we had to go around looking for him until he after a while at last turned up. Then we had to walk to his car another 10-15mins to a parking garage. Do you think everything worked smoothly after that? No way, the driver couldn’t get out of the garage! He tried 4 different exits who all denied to let him out because he hadn’t paid enough money for the parking. He got stucked at each exit gate, then forced to reverse from the gate not to block for other cars. He tried this at 4 different exit gates probably because he didn’t understand he had to pay, even if I told him, pay for god’s sake so we can get out of here, we were in a hurry, it’s therefore you book a taxi. After having tried to get out from these gates he finally paid! Then after he managed to get out just because I told him he had to pay for his parking he drove in a speed of 140km/hour in town just to miss our correct Stadium Entrance, he didn’t know how to find the entrance of the Stadium! THAT WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL TAXI SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE and I have travelled the Globe. Please do not book any kiwi taxi in Madrid! (0)

Had a bad experience after a long trip. Booked a 13pax with 13 luggage but the taxi that came didn't have the space and the driver made me book and pay for another taxi, which was an unforeseen expense. I booked 3 trips with Kiwi Taxi. Very disappointed.
