“I booked a large minibus for 16 people plus luggage for our transfer from airport to resort to include child seats. I was contacted a few days before the trip to say that the child seats were not available and I was refunded the extra money I paid for them. This was unfortunate but I cannot fault the company as they kept me updated throughout. There was no large minibus available so 2 x 8 seater were sent instead. This actually worked very well and I was kept informed of all the changes. On the return trip a large minibus was sent and there were no problems. I was very satisfied with the service. The drivers were courteous and helpful.”
