“Pick-up was on time. However, suggest that drivers pump petrol before picking up passenger, as it would be more professional not to do it with the customer inside the car. My driver stopped at petrol station on the way to the airport. Luckily, I had plenty of time before my flight. If I was rushing to catch my flight, I might have been late.”

It is certainly a relief that there was enough time before your flight and you made it in time. We will look into this matter and make sure it won't happen again.

“Easy to book, precise on time, ok car. But, we paid the agreed fee to the driver when we arrived, and through all was good. The day after we had an issue with the company, that the driver forgot to get the money, and that we therefor should pay. The driver changed explanation a couple of times and then we did not hear anymore. So if you choose to use Kiwitaxi, always remember to get a receipt for payment.”

“Taken 3 rides in one week in Turkey. First 2 rides were very good. 5 out of 5. But the last ride from Sultanahmet to Ataturk airport was not pleasant. First the car interiors, seats were very dirty and then in the Airport Arrival entrance, the driver made a mess with Airport police. They were fighting and shouting. SO very bad experience. 2 out of 5 rating.”
