Sehr zuverlässig. Mein Sohn ist krank geworden und ich konnte nicht wie geplant meine Mutter vom Flughafen abholen. Sogar meine Bitte, dass der Fahrer eine bestimmte Sprache spricht wurde berücksichtigt.

Our ride from cordoba to Granada with Alexandro was very comfortable . The Mercedes Van was perfect and very clean . Alexandro was a safe driver driving at a a good comfortable speed

Kiwi Taxi has been a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our changing the pick up time in both picking us up and dropping us back off at the port the next day, They waited as we disembarked our cruise ship, in Laem Chabang, Thailand, where our overnight bags were put in the van for us and we were given water bottles. The van was luxurious and roomy, so the 2 1/2 hour drive to Bangkok was very comfortable. I will definitely use them again when I’m traveling.

KIWITAXI LEFT US STRANDED Received an email confirmation on October 24, 2025 from Kiwi Taxi confirming transportation and order number for pickup on February 16, 2026. Kiwi Taxi sent email at 8pm the evening before the pickup stating " that we were unable to find a suitable option for your transfer request. " No one answered the phone. Only form of communication was by email. We secured Kiwi taxi due to the fact Uber transportation was unavailable in our location .We were unable to secure another compamy for almost 18 hours . Poor customer service

Хотим оставить отзыв про трансфер от аэропорта в Шарм-эль-Шейхе до границы с Таба. Во-первых, хочется отметить удобство использования сайта - всё просто, понятно, легально, удобно! Широкий выбор машин для необходимого количества пассажиров и мест багажа. Как только оформили заказ, тут же с нами связались по WhatsApp, уточнили детали рейса, время прилёта, подтвердили заказ такси. По прилёту также получили фото от водителя, он ждал нас с табличкой снаружи зала прилёта в аэропорту. Как только мы сели в машину - сразу успокоились, всё было на высшем уровне - комфортная машина, опрятный, вежливый водитель, дорога была лёгкая и приятная. Большое спасибо!!

TLDR: Company failed to provide child seat – refused to take full accountability – encourage all families to stay away We organised a transfer through KiwiTaxi with a month’s notice from Denpasar airport to our Bali accommodation for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Despite repeated confirmations, upon arriving at Denpasar, we found the airport transfer that was organised did not have a child seat at all for our 3-year old despite: - Clearly stating this in the booking requirements and confirmation e-mail - Allowing sufficient time to source a child seat - Raising directly with the driver who tried to convince us it was not in the details provided (in spite of written evidence) This was a completely unacceptable and posed a safety risk to our child. The service that ended up being provided was thus in no way what we requested or initially paid for well in advance. Upon raising this with the company through repeated correspondence, they: - Took a week to provide a proper update and resolution confirmation (they use a partner network in countries of which they have little influence over – stay away in many regions) - Refused to provide a full refund (50% was reached but begrudgingly) This was in spite of the fact that they (verbatim) “understand that providing a secure child seat is not just an added service, but an absolute necessity for the well-being of our youngest passengers”. This was also in addition to yet another separate instance where they notified us 24 hours in advance of the trip that they could not locate a driver with a child seat despite the order having been placed a month in advance. If you are considering this company, would strongly encourage instead using a more local company in the countries you are visiting that actually puts the effort into their local customer service.

Once again, we offer our heartfelt apologies to you and your family. This should never have happened, and we are genuinely sorry for the distress it caused. Мы заказали трансфер в kiwitaxi из аэропорта Анталии в Кемер, № заказа 2753127. Поездка должна была занять около полутора часов. Также мы отдельно заказали наличие детского кресла, нашему малышу 5 месяцев. Приехал Mercedes Benz минивэн. Внутри очень сильно пахло табачным дымом, салон был обшарпанный и грязный, а детского кресло вовсе не было. Водитель сказал, что не знал про кресло и если мы хотим, можем съездить за ним. Что ж это добавило времени к общему пути около 20 минут. Водитель принес кресло (не установил его). А вот само кресло было просто ужасным. Сильно пахло табачным дымом, местами грязное. У моей жены был стресс из-за этого. Малышу было плохо из-за запаха табака. Мы были очень огорчены сервисом kiwitaxi. После поездки и мы и ребёнок пахли табаком. Так нельзя возить детей. Фото прилагаем. We booked a transfer from Antalya Airport to Kemer with kiwitaxi, order number 2753127. The trip was supposed to take about an hour and a half. We also requested a child seat, as our baby was 5 months old. A Mercedes Benz minivan arrived. The inside smelled strongly of tobacco smoke, the interior was worn and dirty, and there was no child seat. The driver said he didn't know about the seat and offered to go get it if we wanted. Well, this added about 20 minutes to the total travel time. The driver brought the chair (but didn't set it up). However, the chair itself was terrible. It smelled strongly of tobacco smoke and was dirty in some areas. My wife was stressed about it. The baby was also affected by the tobacco smell. We were very disappointed with the kiwitaxi service. After the trip, both my wife and the baby were smelling of tobacco. This is not a suitable way to transport children. We have attached photos to illustrate our experience

No one met the customers at the airport. They waited for a long time at the airport for about an hour and then ordered another taxi themselves and drove to their destination. The customers, who had a small child with them, waited and experienced enormous stress. This is outrageous, irresponsible, and simply fraudulent!!!! I demand a refund and compensation for our expenses!!!
