“These guys helped me a lot! I've booked a transfer about 10 hours before the arrival and got the confirmation in 30 minutes! We had no idea what to do at 6am in the rain in Belgrade. After confirmation i was contacted by Marica, from local company and was assured that we will be met on arrival.”

“Так, ну давайте начнем с того, что никакого ожидающего вас водителя с табличкой нет. Будем честными, да? Описание машины есть, марка, номер, имя водителя. Номер водителя не дают. Тайна, видимо🤷‍♂️ Передают тебя по цепочке. Люди со списками. Звеньев в цепочке - два-три. С английским проблемки. Но по итогу срастается. С самой транспортировкой проблем нет. И тебя отслеживают. Нужен мобильный интернет. Не всегда он в наличии. Человека неопытного такая движуха может напрячь. Моя жена нервничала, например. Но все закончилось благополучно.”

“El pasado jueves 26 de septiembre, tenia una reserva pagada por adelantado y confirmada via mail para la recogida de un taxi a las 5.00am. Para este tipo de reservas se paga un plus por nocturnidad asi como te permiten pagar un plus para cancelacion. Llegadas las 5.00am el taxi no aparece y debo comunicarme con atencion al cliente para abrir la incidencia. Me indican 'que ha habido un problema con mi orden de pedido' y no ha sido tramitada aunque yo he recibido los 2 correos de: - En proceso de confirmacion - Orden confirmada No recibí más llamadas de atencion al cliente, la comunicacion fue a traves de whatsapp, me indicaban que habia un taxi en camino, que tardaba 10min...me puse a buscar otro taxi y a los 20min apareció el definitivo. Para evitar perder el avion que necesitaba coger, el taxista tuvo que rozar los limites de velocidad. Fue mi primer y ultimo viaje en taxi a traves de Kiwitaxi. Quizás fue mala suerte, pero deberían chequear su sistema de confirmacion de ordenes.”

“Necesitábamos un transfer que nos llevara a Liubliana desde Trieste y encontramos esta página, fue un acierto. Nos recogieron puntualmente en el aeropuerto, se identificaron correctamente. Su traslado y amabilidad fue de lo más correcto. También los volvimos a requerir para que nos trasladaran al cabo de unos días de nuevo hacia nuestro alojamiento en Trieste. Los recorridos se realizaron en tiempo y hora. Ambos servicios estupendos. Si los volvemos a necesitar, los tendremos presente, por ello los recomiendo.”

“Ich hatte im September für meinen Sohn einen Transfer vom Flughafen Girona nach Blanes gebucht und der Fahrer hat ihn pünktlich am Flughafen mit Namensschild erwartet. Die Buchungswebsite ist übersichtlich und einfach zu handhaben. Der nachfolgende Service war perfekt...einen Tag vor Abflug kam eine Email mit der Voucher-Nr. und der Tel.-Nr. des Fahrers. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut o.k. Als erstmaliger Nutzer war ich etwas skeptisch, aber es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.”
