“Their on-ground services might be good, I don't know, but the customer care services and the way they behave if you take even 2 sec more at immigration, I was disgusted 0 star Pathetic,”

“No one met the customers at the airport. They waited for a long time at the airport for about an hour and then ordered another taxi themselves and drove to their destination. The customers, who had a small child with them, waited and experienced enormous stress. This is outrageous, irresponsible, and simply fraudulent!!!! I demand a refund and compensation for our expenses!!!”

Мы прекрасно понимаем, как тяжело оказаться в подобной ситуации, особенно ночью и с ребёнком. Проверив детали заказа, мы выяснили, что встреча была назначена у выхода №14, как это указано в подтверждении бронирования. К сожалению, вы вышли через другой выход, и водитель не смог вас найти. В это время наша команда пыталась связаться с вами, но, так как у вас не было доступа к интернету, сообщения не дошли вовремя. Тем не менее, мы очень сожалеем, что ситуация сложилась именно так. “Stress-free and super comfortable ride. Traveling to NYC with two kids isn’t always easy, but this transfer service made it so much smoother. “These guys helped me a lot! I've booked a transfer about 10 hours before the arrival and got the confirmation in 30 minutes! We had no idea what to do at 6am in the rain in Belgrade. After confirmation i was contacted by Marica, from local company and was assured that we will be met on arrival.”

“Так, ну давайте начнем с того, что никакого ожидающего вас водителя с табличкой нет. Будем честными, да? Описание машины есть, марка, номер, имя водителя. Номер водителя не дают. Тайна, видимо🤷‍♂️ Передают тебя по цепочке. Люди со списками. Звеньев в цепочке - два-три. С английским проблемки. Но по итогу срастается. С самой транспортировкой проблем нет. И тебя отслеживают. Нужен мобильный интернет. Не всегда он в наличии. Человека неопытного такая движуха может напрячь. Моя жена нервничала, например. Но все закончилось благополучно.”
