- Driver 30 minutes late ! - Did not receive number from driver to contact him - Dispatcher bad english, bad phone connection, call was impossible Despite the good price, I cannot recommend such an unreliable service

I am writing a second review about this terrible company. 10/16/21 we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel to the Amsterdam airport. Nobody ever came. Due to such negligence, we could be late for the flight. The money has not yet been returned, although we contacted customer support. We were also denied moral compensation. I do not recommend this taxi service to anyone!

A transfer was ordered from The Hague to Amsterdam Airport, which we waited for more than 20 minutes, but no one arrived. Due to the incompetence of the company, we could have missed our flight from Amsterdam, if an urgent taxi was not called. After 4 days, they tell me that they are still figuring out the situation and no one returned the prepaid money to the card. Tech support is a nightmare. Do not recommend

Our flight from the US took a mechanical so we knew our connection would be missed. I contacted Kiwi ~7hours in advance with the new flight info so that they could contact their driver. They chose to not do that but kept my money because I hadn't been aware my flight would be delayed 24 hours in advance. I wanted them to just shift my pickup time but their shady business practice is just to keep you money without performing the services.

I don’t like Kiwitaxi.I order sedan,instead of this I got sprinter-van.The driver was not good.He used his phone, texting may be.He did not see the big track .Thanks God was no accident.I cried what are you doing.I don’t recommend this company.

I ordered a transfer and paid for it. After our arrival, no one was after us. I called the office and asked if someone would come to pick us up? They replied that they had canceled the order without being informed about it. We were left alone with the children at the airport without a transfer. The money still hasn't come back. I do not recommend - unless you like the risk.

Really bad experience ! We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and drop us off on the way back. Our taxi was cancelled right before we were supposed to be pick up. I have only received a half price refund and called to asked whether our return ride is still confirmed, checked with them 3 times to be on the save side, received a confirmation from kiwi taxi and the driver and no one showed up anyway!!!!! After 15 minutes of waiting in front of the hotel and contacting the provider I was told they are no longer allocated to us and had to find someone else to take us. Will never recommend or use again !!!

I have ordered a taxi from Antalya Airport to Avsallar for my mother. The main road to our house was closed. The drive couldn't find the other road and wanted to leave my mother in the middle of the street! I called few times and tried to explain the right way but his English level was almost zero. My mother has refused to leave the car, so he was forced to wait until I got to the place. Then I said that he must to drive us to the destination that I paid for. That's way I give you a one star, otherwise it is zero service from the taxi driver.

I am in the same situation as many other users where I had to cancel two reservations in Italy due to COVID; Sorrento and Naples. The initial communication was good and "the financial department was working on the refund" That was in June and now 7 months later there is no communication and no response. Do not use this company.

Had a trip booked for July, cancelled in May as per Ts&Cs and have been chased for my refund ever since. You have been withholding my money for 7 months and it is a disgrace

I had made a reservation for a transfer… I had made a reservation for a transfer between 2 London airports for 9 people: 285 € for the month of July 2020. With the covid, I requested the cancellation within the deadlines in April). We are in December 2020, I still have not received my refund. always the same answer: "Support Team (Kiwitaxi) 7 окт. 2020 г., 10:43 GMT+4 Hello, Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry for such inconvenience. Financial department is working on your request at the moment. As soon as they inform us regarding the solution we will let you know you about refund date. I have waited 6 months to be refunded for a €400 trip that had to be cancelled due to the current Corona virus outbreak. The company seem very reluctant to issue any refunds and are still operating, think twice before booking and only use your credit card.

This vendor is not paying invoices for the provided services. In our case, it was Microsoft License for Azure Services. We are not recommending to work with this organisation. After multiple attempts to contact the Director of the company Mr Evgenii Fedorov, company have not even replied and have an outstanding balance.

Yes, the price can seem to be high when you compare it with other companies, but let me explain what is already included in the price: The price is fixed and it won’t change according to address within the city. Also price doesn’t depend on time en-route, if you are stuck in traffic or have to stop on traffic light, even when you drive through toll road, price won’t change. You know in advance full how much you need to pay. The driver will meet you with a nameplate with your name: you don’t need to call him or look for him. You will know that the driver is waiting for you. This is extremely convenient if you needed to be picked up at the airport or in some other place, where you have never been and you don’t really know the environment. If service is more important for you than a price tag - we will be glad to work with you again.
These scammers took my money and no one met me at the Rome airport. This is a terrible company, I advise not to use it to anyone.

I arrived on the 27th of december to Istanbul new aeroport! Nobody checked me with a sign as was offered! On tel.the spoke only turkish, after several tel.calls with the help of a turkish guy who spoke english I found out that driver is checking me at -2 level near some column! When I arrived there(15 min.walk) driver still wasn,t there! He arrived in 15 min! I spend time, nerves & cist of tel.calls!!! Bad service! Never use this Kiwi!!!

Poor experience. Pick up from Buenos Aires EZE airport was late despite proactively sharing landing arrival times. Baby seat requested with pick up was far below standard to the point of unsafe. Not properly secured. Belt unable to be tightened and frail. Driver used social media apps and sped while driving. For the cost of this transfer you are better off using a regular taxi found at the airport (with ease) and at a fraction of the price charged by Kiwi Taxi. Return trip saw on time pick up. However, again speeding by driver to the point he was requested to slow down due to being far in excess of limit. Same issue with baby seat

I have booked their taxi service 24 hours before the flight and i have been assured that someone will be waiting for us in destination airport, with a name card. I gave my credit card details and everything that person from live chat asked in order to secure the service as we will be very tired after the flight at 5am. At the end of 24 hour flight, I arrived with my family and waiting there for someone from kiwitaxi to show up. After an hour of exhausting waiting, i decided to get on to internet and find out whats happening as my family was very tired after the very long flight. Have to purchase internet in airport as i didnt have my internet set up in destination country. I logged in online to have a live chat. The person informed that my taxi is cancelled due to i didnt verify the email that they sent 10 hours after i booked the service, while i was on the plane. She didnt offer any alternative service the rectify the issue or support us. I found this service so unproffessional and not trustable as the person making the booking didnt informed me about the verification email and assured me that it is all set.

We paid £38 via this app for a Kiwi Taxi Service. No one was at the airport to meet us. We called the driver and dispatch. We were eventually collected 35 minutes late. We then had to walk half a kilometre in wintery weather to an old car. The driver was using social media apps on his phone when driving at high speeds. He did not have any change at our destination and we were forced to pay 25% more. On filing a complaint to Kiwi Taxi’s, the representative Olga commenced a campaign of email looping and are still avoiding the issue. Uber / Ghett taxi from the airport are a fraction of the price.

This is truly unacceptable to be late for transfer and also using phone while driving, the driver noted that he should use wireless earphones if he has to make a call.
