Unhappy. Delivery says 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks passed with no update. Had to chase and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks time. Ie 5 weeks for delivery. Not even a sorry its running late email.

website is beautiful but their refund policy is abysmal, shocking that i can’t get a refund until items are returned to their warehouse even thought the courier never delivered them to my house! STILL with courier Somewhere 25 days later and i’m still waiting.

I have received the on time but couple of panels were damaged. I have contacted to supplier and they have promised to send out the replacement panels. However, since then I have not heard anything. I'm so disappointed for the service. The item was not cheap and expected some discount due to the hassle and wasted my time.

I never got the product, I’ve sent two emails, I got a charge on my card and no answer from the website or neither any other kind of support!!

Ordered the kitchen to have various damaged or missing parts! When I called up customer services the Man I spoke to, was very rude, and started raising his voice over me, and not letting me speak. Not the kind of customer service you expect when spending £100+. He put the phone down on me. When I phoned back, and he said he’d put the phone down again. Who does that? So rude. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Very poor customer service, would not recommend. Despite this item being marked as delivered it never was. Having checked with our neighbours I got in touch with Small Smart who said and I quote "once tracking says delivered then that's it". Royal mail are also ignoring all emails regarding this order so I am stuck having paid for something which never arrived and no assistance from the sender at all. Very poor customer service.

It would have been no star if the option was there. I was fed up emailing then with no reply back from them. I will not be using Small Smart again.

They are an appalling company and I would never use them again. I purchased a teepee tent which was faulty and after sending it back they claimed it wasn’t and refused to give me all of my money back. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired for and they are very unhelpful. Be warned they are not a reputable company therefore I would warn everyone to stay away. In the process of taking the matter further, so if you have a faulty item, learn from my lesson, take a VIDEO as proof otherwise it will fall down to your word against theirs and as a small company no one has really heard of there isn’t much else you can do to escalate the matter other than something formal (which albeit time consuming you have to do out of principle)

A part was defective, I asked for a replacement back in October, but haven’t received anything. Blamed Covid, despite still selling these. Refused to take a non defective part from one that was on sale. Wouldn’t use again

I have received a kitchen that is for my daughters birthday and one of the front doors is damaged badly . Thought this would be good quality for price charged .

We have sent the replacement parts on 28th Jan and partial refund has been done on the same day.
I am not happy ,with the delivery which was placed at the wrong door and we were lucky that we knew the neighbour for them to bring the package to us and the kitchen size is alot smaller than expected..was delivery on flat 12 instead flat 21.

After receiving the kitchen I was sent the same piece twice so after phone calls emails I was sent tte right piece which was a different colour to the original kitchen now putting it together the 2 mains doors dont even fit a mile out of fitting the microwave door doesnt even fit so many things wrong with this would never order again from this company very disappointing so many scratches over the wood

Ordered a play kitchen. Arrived with a part missing and couple of other parts scratched. We were given a 10% refund. The missing part was sent. It arrived today.. scratched and with a corner damaged! The phone is blocking the microwave door from fully opening. The phone holder catch broke off on first use. It's a joke.

But really sorry to hear that the replacement parts also damaged during the transportation. Dismal product quality for little kitchen which Retails for £110. Made of low quality mdf, perspex sheets and plastic fittings which will all break in a matter of weeks. Avoid while you can.
