Delivery was fast and within their timescale, customer service responded to my query regarding returns within a couple of hours (out of standard hours too!) You do have to pay for the return postage yourselves but isn’t a huge problem.

Sadly the item I ordered arrived with a few marks on it. The admin team offered me an immediate replacement which I wouldn’t receive in time for baby shower. Item returned and refund given very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, thoroughly great service!
