“Item unfortunately didn't arrive, but I did get the full refund.”

“Product is of high quality and has many gadgets kids cam play with, like sounding water dispenser and cooking tools. However assembly instructions are very poor and hard to understand with some very hard to understand and 1 of them giving wrong instructions. Ikea instructions are much clearer. UPS delivery exceeding poor to nonsense. UPS tracker gave false delivery updates, delivery attempts statedwhen not attempted. Had to call to resolve issue direct with UPS delivery was late therefore. Please use alternative delivery service.”

“The item received was of good quality & the service was very good. However, I ordered & paid £3.50 for a gift bag for the goods to make life easier & received a gift bag that was half the size of the item ordered!! So the gift bag service was a waste of money.”

“The play kitchen arrived quickly and the quality of the product is great. However, pots and pans which were shown on the images (even to the extent of an entire photo just displaying the accessories) but no such items arrived with the kitchen. It was disappointing as I’ve now got to spend additional money on finding and ordering some pans to go with my sons kitchen.”

“Granddaughters Christmas present arrived damaged, replacement arrived very quickly but was also damaged. It was a main piece so I asked for another one but they were out of stock (this was a spare lying around the warehouse) They offered me £5 refund on a £100 kitchen so I said I'd wait for a new bit. 3 months later, still waiting...”
