Very poor customer service, would not recommend.
Despite this item being marked as delivered it never was. Having checked with our neighbours I got in touch with Small Smart who said and I quote "once tracking says delivered then that's it".
Royal mail are also ignoring all emails regarding this order so I am stuck having paid for something which never arrived and no assistance from the sender at all. Very poor customer service.
