“Not the easiest to build but looks amazing once built. Great for the price compared to others. Arrived quickly.”

“Ordered a play kitchen. Arrived with a part missing and couple of other parts scratched. We were given a 10% refund. The missing part was sent. It arrived today.. scratched and with a corner damaged! The phone is blocking the microwave door from fully opening. The phone holder catch broke off on first use. It's a joke.”

We are terribly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. Yes we have issued you 10% refund and arranged replacement parts to be sent out straight away. But really sorry to hear that the replacement parts also damaged during the transportation. Actually we will be able to arrange return for full refund, and we are able to arrange free collection for you as well. Please contact us with the collection details if you would like to return it. We will try our very best to solve your issue, we are really sorry again.

“I had never heard of you before but google searched for a wooden kitchen last minute after being let down just before Christmas. Kitchen arrived the next day and is beautiful. “I ordered two items however only one arrived. I received an email to say my order had been delivered and thought this was strange but waited a day or so to see if the other arrived separately. It didn’t so I emailed in and was advised that the item was actually out of stock when I ordered and would I like an alternative or a refund, I chose a refund as I wanted that specific one. I then received a response to confirm this calling me the wrong name, which I appreciate is human error, working in an office myself I know happens, but it just added to the experience. I’m not sure if it would have ever been picked up that I had not received the item had I not emailed in which is concerning for it to get to that stage. I hope this feedback helps.”
