“I ordered two items however only one arrived. I received an email to say my order had been delivered and thought this was strange but waited a day or so to see if the other arrived separately. It didn’t so I emailed in and was advised that the item was actually out of stock when I ordered and would I like an alternative or a refund, I chose a refund as I wanted that specific one. I then received a response to confirm this calling me the wrong name, which I appreciate is human error, working in an office myself I know happens, but it just added to the experience. I’m not sure if it would have ever been picked up that I had not received the item had I not emailed in which is concerning for it to get to that stage. I hope this feedback helps.”

“Looking for a play kitchen for my grandchildren as part of their Christmas present, I came across Small Smart - a new company to me. I did the usual thing of looking at online reviews - all positive - so I placed my order for the competitively priced kitchen. The site was easy to navigate, the order easy to place, and the delivery was as promised, giving updates on the process all the way. Although the box has not yet been opened - this will be done on Christmas Eve by my daughter and her husband when they assemble the item - I am sure that my grandchildren will be more than delighted with the kitchen and have lots of fun playing with it. Watch this space!!!”

“Great items and quick turnaround with no problems. However the return policy is not clear and not easy to flow. I am about to return an item and on the website states 60 days but your costumer service emailed me with 3 working days! Also I need to prepay the shipping if I want an exchange but it is not made it easy for us to do it!”
