We have already reported this issue to DPD who is the courier for the kitchen. They have promised will handle the parcel more carefully. “I received exceptional service when purchasing my Allus Plume pushchair. I had a small problem with the brake, which was fixed in no time at all by taking the pushchair to the outlet. I then ordered a rain over, which arrived by return post, which fits beautifully. I am delighted with the quality and compact design as it fits extremely easily in the boot of my Fiat 500. I would highly recommend the company and product .”

“We were disappointed that the kitchen we ordered for our son's fist birthday was scratched in various places. It wasn't until my husband built it that we noticed several scratches and marks on many of the pieces. We only didn't send it back because he spent hours building it in the first place. Such a shame as it's a wonderful little kitchen and put together wonderfully, my son loves it, but I was just upset it arrived scratched.”
