“After calling, the locksmith arrived within 20 mins. Unfortunately had to drill the door as the lock had jammed (cheap locks apparently do this quite often soon after fitting). Valentino was prompt, polite and professional.”

“A little slow in arriving but once he did he made every effort to get me into my property without having to drill out and replace the lock at a huge cost. Stuck to the price quoted and no hidden extras. Got me in with no fuss or mess. Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend.”

“Friendly helpful locksmith. Got us into our house quickly with special tools when the key was still in the lock on the inside of the door. No new lock needed. Called out on a Sunday evening and they were onsite within 25 mins. Able to pay by credit card and required to pay at the time of service. Would recommend to anyone in a pinch like we were.”

“Very efficient arrive within 30 mins corrected the problem within 10 mins . Only they did not express the call out fee prior to booking 69.99 prices are a little steep for locks but on the whole did not need a new lock 👍”

“Very prompt turnout time and friendly Locksmith. Had a slight language barrier and struggled to use card payment machine. Was also quite 'keen' to sell new lock even though it was explained why one wasn't required. Very fair price however and would use again.”

“Great service. They were ready and available in emergency. The other ones I called either didnt pick up, or were closed! It was monday morning before 8am when I got locked out... The guy was on site within half an hour. He was really quick. They offerred me a discount to reduce the price over the phone, but I noticed upon payment took the full price, not the locksmith, bur the oayment team over the phone. Its not a sticking point I guess, but it stood out. Otherwise, lifesaver as and when I needed it.”
