“Googled locksmiths and picked a local number, guy was very nice on the phone, I'd left keys in the lock on the inside so couldn't get back into the house. Estimated arrival 20 mins, arrived on time, cost what they quoted plus VAT, no extras.....paid with card as not carrying cash during Covid. Really efficient, engineer was lovely, i had an email same day with receipt. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend, thank you for rescuing me on my first day out after self isolating! I wont forget that trip lol x my name is Annette.....not Ena 😉”

Labour charges of £50 plus vat is fair. Would have been 5 star review at this point. However, was charged parts cost of £135 plus vat for a cylinder that I have subsequently found is around £25 plus VAT. I can understand a 10 to 20% markup. But a £100 markup can only be called a rip off and I'll accept I'm the fool for not having checked the price online. But, nevertheless, it's still a rip off and so only 2 stars.”

“I called these guys on Sunday around 2pm and they were with us within the next hour. Very efficient, quick and professional work and they are extremely knowledgeable. The locksmith gave us further information on the structure of our door frame and door and was able to tell us where and why the problem had occurred.
Will definitely be using them in future and would 100% recommend.
The prices are not disastrous either for an emergency/24hr service!”

“Waited 40 minutes tech showed up saw me alone with my pup and was immediately told this was 'going to be complicated' & cost $139+VAT to which I told him no way forget the drill & tools all it need was the sliding tool and he would have the door open in 1 second flat! Which of course he did, so it cost me £70 instead of his cheating me - with the nonsense of a difficult job, drill, new lock etc ! AVOID .... will never use this company again!”

“Patrick the locksmith was super efficient, polite, professional, friendly, calming a stressful situation and very quick at opening the lock. Explained exactly what he was going to do. Reassured me and told me not to panic. As you can well imagine being a female and having to call a locksmith at 3am in the morning because my key had snapped in the lock was super stressful. However as I mentioned he was around my house within 10-15 minutes of me calling Keys4U. I would also like to mention that the gentleman that answered my call at Keys4U was also very polite, calming and professional too. Patrick also cleaned up after he had finished my job. I am not normally the type of person to leave reviews so the fact that I am leaving a review at 4am in the morning should be an indicator as to how excellent their customer service is! I highly recommend this company and if I ever need their services again, I will most certainly be calling them and will also be recommending them to all my friends and family.”
