“Patrick the locksmith was super efficient, polite, professional, friendly, calming a stressful situation and very quick at opening the lock. Explained exactly what he was going to do. Reassured me and told me not to panic. As you can well imagine being a female and having to call a locksmith at 3am in the morning because my key had snapped in the lock was super stressful. However as I mentioned he was around my house within 10-15 minutes of me calling Keys4U. I would also like to mention that the gentleman that answered my call at Keys4U was also very polite, calming and professional too. Patrick also cleaned up after he had finished my job. I am not normally the type of person to leave reviews so the fact that I am leaving a review at 4am in the morning should be an indicator as to how excellent their customer service is! “I was quoted £67 plus vat for a call out, the locksmith arrived and discovered the inside key had been left in the lock, apparently according to the master locksmiths it can be removed via the letter box, but went straight to drilling cost went up to £139 +vat new lock £96, time on site max 40mins max, total £235 +vat , quick service but expensive. I have since been quoted a cheaper price to have done the job.”

He was able to open one locked cabinet and tried several times to open a second, but was afraid that the key was bending and not strong enough without breaking the key - so we elected not to try to bang out the lock as the furniture would be scarred and damaged.”
