“I accidentally ( didn’t realise it was even possible) locked my car with the keys in the boot as well as the dog! It was 7 o’clock on a cold December night. In a panic I scoured the Internet and rang Keys4U where I spoke to a very calm man who assured me everything was going to be okay! They told me some one would be with me within 45 minutes but then later rang me to say the guy was caught up and would be a little later. This was absolutely fine I was just grateful that someone was coming! When the guy arrived at our very Rurel location he had had to come all the way from Bristol which is about an hours drive away. It wasn’t easy for him to retrieve our keys for several reasons: The keys had fallen down a pocket at the back of the boot and my car like all new cars is designed not to be broken into! He tried every trick in the book until eventually after about 45 minutes he was able to retrieve both the dog and the keys thank you!
He was so kind and calm and reassuring that even the dog sat patiently and waited for the job to be done.
I cannot rate this company enough it was a really good price to be honest I would’ve expected to have paid double and happy to have paid triple to get the dog out the car that night! That service was efficient and polite and reassuring which is just what you need in such an emergency! Very very grateful - thank you!”
