“Wonderful experience. The patience in attending to me was top notch. I came here to replace my bad car key and I was impressed at how knowledgeable and fast they worked. I would recommend this place over and over again. Pricing was also great. Thank you.”

“I requested for bathroom lock to be removed and changed as not able to close or lock it- was quoted £80. The men attended following day and within 5 minutes, a bent nail was straightened but did not change the lock. I was asked to pay £72. When I insisted on them changing lock as agreed, the younger engineer was getting angry. It was extortion for collecting £72 for repairing nail but not doing job as agreed.”

“David and Jome were fantastic. Our building mailbox was falling out of the wall. They were able to quickly and efficiently assess the damage and re-attach it so a replacement was not necessary. They were very communicative and informative. Will use them again.”

“Really great service thank you. The locksmith came round super fast and fixed the issue even quicker. Very knowledgable and explained what happened to avoid in future. He also fixed another issue I had but thought it was normal for my door. I feel like I’ve got a new door.”

“Benn came to my house within Two hours and fixed my front door lock. Expertise is not a word I would use willy nilly but Ben is an expert fixed my door lock, great customer service fantastic price would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family thanks.”

“Called Jordan when we had a problem with our porch door not closing. He came round that day and sorted the problem straight away for us. The doors better now than when it was first fitted. He was very professional and good for a chat while he worked as well. Could not recommend him more and will definitely be calling him when I next lock myself out .”

“Furious! Was quoted half of what I had to pay in the initial call. It cost me £106 for a 2 minute job of my lock being drilled out. I could have bought a drill and a new lock for less. Was left to clean up the metal shavings. Won’t be using or recommending this company. Complete rip off”
