“Furniture looked so good we had to spend time tidying the garden to do it justice. Unfortunately, on one of the tables, several small areas of rust appeared after only 7 months, but it was changed very quickly by Kettler with minimal hassle. We're looking forward to using it again in the spring, when it will hopefully stop raining!”

“Two of our chairs developed problems on the surface of the arms I contacted customer services for advice on how to repair them but they told me they would replace chairs, as they were still in warranty. Proving it pays to buy well in the first place. We had to wait a while for them to come into stock, but that was no hardship. Thanks for great service.”

“Although the Kettler product I purchased was defective the response to replace the items was very good and understanding of the problem. Replacement took some time but when the product was again in stock it was efficient and satisfactory. No chasing on my part was required”

“Very good quality. Completely waterproof and robust which protects the furniture. There are elastic adjusters at each corner which allow the cover to be secured in high winds however, due to the fit of the cover, it sits securely without using the adjusters. Would recommend”

“We ordered a large patio set with additional chairs called the Ezra range along with the parasol with LED lighting and speaker. When the set arrived, some of the items were damaged. We sent photographs to Kettler and the items were replaced within a week. The quality and feel of the patio set is great and it looks very nice compared to other patio sets we considered.”
