First time using Kettler, and the delivery was cancelled at the 11th hour under the pretence of a vehicle issue. The delivery tracket also claimed a failed delivery attempt. Far from impressed.

The very expensive shoes n lounger was delivered quickly but the arm adjustment mechanism doesn’t work properly and the backrest keeps dropping backwards. Over £500 invested including cover and cushion, really disappointing but not surprising these days. John Lewis fobbed me off to the manufacturer, waiting for a response. Will probably return as ‘not suitable’ and get the B&Q one for £100

Palma Signature Grand Corner Set Structure and appearance is excellent, however dissapointed to find that only the table edge was full round ratan the rest was thin 1/2 round as per many cheaper alternatives. The Charlbury ratan if fully described so I assumed the higher rrp cost Palma described as "6mm ratan" would be full round... my mistake! I feel I may well be asking for a length of half round ratan in the future for repairs!

I was disappointed that the previous Kettler cover for my bistro set only lasted 2 years and had to buy another. My other covers for the rest of my garden furniture have last 4/5 years.

The Tenderflame unit was delivered on time but not in original packaging. It looked as though it had been an ex-display unit that had been packagd in a rush with whatever came to hand. As far as I was concerned, I had ordered a new unit. This was intended to be a a gift and I'd left it late so no opportunity to complain and get a new unit sent out. However, the unit is undamaged and works well so all ended well but not a good buying experience.

The garden chairs are ridiculously difficult to assemble. It says half ands hour for 1 person. Absolute nonsense! There is nowehere which says the holes are hidden below the plastic raffia which is so tightly strung it's almost impossible to move.

The products are good and the service indifferent - it would be good if someone would phone me other than your contractor - I still don’t have my full delivery from 2 weeks ago

Kettler products are good quality and we have a metal set in Iron Grey which does not need covering in Winter which is great. Also it has the mesh seat so we don't need huge cushions for which we have no space!! So a good product. However, after 5 years or so some of the paint is chipping and flaking so needs touhcing up. I ordered 2 touch up pens, and finally after a month I received them. It seems the order wasn't processed twice, and one of the emails described the paint as end caps which I replied to very quickly so I didn't get end caps delivered!!

Bought a kettle recliner chair 2 to 3 years ago about £800 reclining chair mechanism now rusty chair does not recline I know of a nursing home in Exmouth with same problem 2 chairs. As we do not have proof of purchase kettler will not replace. Save your money do not buy a recliner extremely disappointed.

I find the covers only last one season and then they go brittle and crack. Love the furniture and want to protect it...so every other year I'm spending £160 on getting new covers!

Protecting cover too big !! Blows off need to tuck material under legs

We have a mesh 160 x 90 table in iron grey that was purchased in August 2021 at Dawson Department Stores (who incidentally, have terrible customer service). There are multiple rust spots appearing in the mesh. We also have a 70 cm round mesh table in white bought in May 2000 that has begun to rust. Hugely disappointed in these products and do not recommend them. They are sturdy tables and attractive but the paint quality is very poor. This compares to Emu chairs (Italian made) that are now 25 years old with no rust whatsoever. Emu are about 20% more expensive but much better quality.

If I had known I had to assemble the table I would not have purchased, what I have noticed is that the steel structure of the table is much weaker than the current cornelleau table and the laminate top is also thinner. The table feels more flimsy than my old one, so honestly I would not buy another

Ordered direct from Kettler. First delivery was not made. Delivery then scheduled for 2 weeks later - only 1 item out of 2 delivered. Tried to call to get explanation - no answer!

Reasonably priced furniture, adequately built, but their maintenance products, necessary to keep the furniture in good condition cost an absolute fortune, and their mail order is hopelessly slow.
