“Kath in Customer Support is rapidly becoming my new heroine. I had an inconsequential lost part which I raised with her. I had no right to expect to receive it, particularly when she told me it was not sold as a spare, but she'd see if she could find one. Yeah right ! 3 days later....BOOM, it turned up in the post. Give her a tracksuit and a helicopter and she could be the new Challenge Anneka.”

“Absolutely dreadful service, the over still hasn't been delivered. Very poor reply time on emails. Just telling me lies such as my address doesn't exist! I only ordered this expensive cover as it said on the website it would be delivered in 2-3 days!! Still no news.”

“I have had the covers for nearly four years and it’s rotted gone powdery and ripped a lot of money for a short period I am disappointed as it’s not cheap for covers”

“I have a Kettler garden table with a glass top. Sadly this shattered in the very cold weather last winter but Kettler have managed to find me a replacement table top and are sending it too me very speedily. It was no longer under guarantee but they are supplying the top at a reasonable cost. The customer service is very good and the lady I have been dealing with ( Kat) has been amazingly helpful. Well done Kettler and Kat.”

“Unfortunately they could not deliver my order for a bottle of hardwood grey colour protector to care for my Kettler Elba dining table and chairs without charging £35 for carriage to Northern Ireland. I cannot find it in stock in any of their dealers so am not sure how they expect me to care for the furniture.”

The charge is due to the size of the liquid bottle, as it needs to be shipped safely to you in compliance with courier regulations. We understand the frustration and, while corresponding with you, we have recommended a stockist in your area who should be able to help you source this product.
