"Our 3 year old 6 seat Sienna table lost some paint and became rusty, this despite little use and being well cared for. I submitted the claim form and within two hours had a response from Kettler agreeing without any argument to replace the table. The table has been replaced with no fuss to me whatsoever. "We purchased a Siena bench in 2015 and for two years or so it was fine. It then began to rust - we were aware that there had been some historic issues with the coating process around that time, so as it was still under warranty I completed the on-line form available on the Kettler website and within 24hours had a phone call advising that we would receive a replacement - and that was delivered to us within three days, with the old bench collected a few days after.
There were couple of minor issues with the delivery firm - but that was a separate company and these were communicated back to Kettler - but in terms of the overall experience we are very pleased. We like the look of the Siena range, it is comfortable with or without the seat pads, and this being just one of several pieces of Kettler garden furniture we own and use regularly we thoroughly recommend it."
"Like the majority of reviewers the rusting on chairs has been a problem , I have had two lots so far but replacements have been promptly dispatched. Zac has been particularly helpful explaining the coating issues . Hopefully these chairs will be third time lucky"

However, remembering we had a 5 year guarantee we submitted an online warranty claim and within 24 hours Kettler had contacted us apologising for the fault and suggesting a solution. We expected we'd just have to buy some new ones but after contacting Kettler with photographs and a copy of the receipt, they were all replaced promptly and without any charge.
