I bought a table and chairs 18 mths ago and I love the contemporary look of the metal frame and wooden surface. However, having taken the cover of this month, in addition to general colour loss from all the rain, lots of small patches of the colour had totally gone - maybe attached to the cover? The customer services team were very defensive , telling me they don't recomend covering, and if i did cover, then it must be breathable. Fair enough, but this is not on the website care instructions and the assembly manual says it can be covered. I was also told I should have been reapplying the grey colour protector 4-6 times a year. This is not on the bottle or web-site. I only did twice. Anyway, on the positive, I have put on a couple of coates of the colour and it seems to have been taken up by the wood, put on 2 coates of protector and it now looks good again. Finger scrossed.

The table and chairs look very stylish. Sadly the chairs are very light and blow over in the wind even when tucked under the table.

Purchased an order on line payed then got an email days later describing unavailable and I would receive a refund after 5 days. Check website the same items still available to buy why not take down rather than let down customers

Great service and products. Had two recent interactions , first to purchase some maintenance products for my Kettler garden lounge furniture which came very quickly and seem a good product. Second was to enquire about a product that was currently out of stock online and when it would be available. The customer service contact responded very quickly with information and they would reserve it when in in and will contact me so I caan purchase and get it delivered.

I posted a few days ago about fixings not being supplied with my Cora chairs. In spite of Kettler's comments to rectify and another call to the supplier who was then in touch with Kettler and an assurance from them that the required fixings would be posted first class to arrive before the weekend it is now Saturday and these have not arrived!!!!! The chairs are still in bits as I can't assemble them!! I have had to call the supplier 4 times and each time they have contacted Kettler who have made assurances to rectify but have not!!! Shocking service!!!

We love our bistro set! It’s comfortable, well made, fits beautifully into the small garden space & is robust enough not to get blown over in strong wind, without being too heavy.

So unimpressed with Kettler. Ordered two Cora chairs which arrived without fixings. Despite numerous contacts with the seller and them contacting Kettler the fixings have not been sent. Today I received a packet with 11 screws - each chair needs 12!! and no washers or allen key. Hopeless service.

I find the covers only last one season and then they go brittle and crack. Love the furniture and want to protect it...so every other year I'm spending £160 on getting new covers!

I have had Kettler furniture for years and have never had any issues. Great quality products. My last order of 3 garden lights had 1 light missing. This is not Kettler but TNT who only delivered 1 of 2 boxes. Still waiting for box 2

Very good quality garden cushions bought to replace others I’ve had years. Parasol sturdy easy to open and shower proof so much better than competitors we looked at. Just wish we could get round back cushions. Stock seems low and not easy to get more if needed at a later date. Delivery quick and well packed.
