“Was looking for spare leg for outdoor Kettler Table. Holly was so helpful and the warehouse had a replacement and now sending it to me in Dublin Ireland. Thanks Holly was sorting this out and helping me much appreciated”

“The top of our Kettler mesh table rusted over its third winter outside. Kettler accepted the situation without any complaint and offered us a full replacement under the 3 years warranty, which hadn't long to run. We were sent a full, new replacement table and the old table was collected by the deliverers and taken away. The whole process was very impressive. We bought a new Kettle parasol to compliment the new table and to show our support as we were so well treated.”

“We had an issue with our outdoor dining table. Kettler responded quickly to our problem and offered a refund or a replacement table. They kept us up to speed with the processing of the order for the replacement and subsequent delivery. The replacement was easy to assemble and is very stylish. We found their customer service to be very caring and supportive.”

“I purchased a Kettler Menos balcony half parasol and the accompanying balcony parasol base 20kg. The parasol is super tall, taller than any other I have ever had. The base, whilst heavy to move, does not adequately support the parasol. It tips over with barely a light breeze, rendering it useless. I have emailed Kettler to try and get some help with this but two weeks later they have not replied. Terrible service.”

“Having recently purchased a new Kettler outdoor dining set which included seat cushions and parasol, but I decided to get some extra seat cushions. The ordering was simple and arrived very quickly. I was kept up to speed with the delivery situation and my cushions arrived safely as expected.”

“Purchased a dining table and chairs, also, a corner sofa set. Great quality and looks good. Gave 3 stars as purchased in a sale and 2 days after receiving there was another £400 reduction in the bank Holiday sale. Gutted.”

“The item, an umbrella was fine when it actually got delivered but the delivery update information and progress was poor. A after a few days after placing the order and not heard anything sent an email for an update just got an automated reply stating because it was nice weather they are busy, next day at 8am out the blue the umbrella turns up!”

“First time using Kettler, and the delivery was cancelled at the 11th hour under the pretence of a vehicle issue. The delivery tracket also claimed a failed delivery attempt. Far from impressed.”

“small accessories order to get replacement Sienna chair feet - glad to see it was easy to find on Kettler website - easy to place order - message confirmed order and expected arrival date - unfortunately it didn't arrive - emailed Kettler and problem was immediately picked up by Sales (Dean) - order duly arrived and replacement feet now fitted - many thanks”
