small accessories order to get replacement Sienna chair feet - glad to see it was easy to find on Kettler website - easy to place order - message confirmed order and expected arrival date - unfortunately it didn't arrive - emailed Kettler and problem was immediately picked up by Sales (Dean) - order duly arrived and replacement feet now fitted - many thanks

Overall bought 3 Kettler items, 6 chairs, a small side table and an extendable table but only the extendable table from Kettler directly. Why, because although current stock the other two items were cheaper!! All items are well made.

This is a lovely product but the build is not for the faint hearted. It took 6 hours and that was by an engineer who is used to building things. If I’d had to build it myself I may well have just returned it. The end result is fabulous quality and looks great

I am very impressed with my Cozze outdoor island. There was more assembly required than expected, but I had an enjoyable afternoon building it as it all went together fairly easily.

Bistro table fine . Charlbury chairs from J Lewis for £390 did not have adjustable feet as advertised . Still waiting for complaint to respond

I really like Kettler garden furniture and this is the second table that I've purchased, as I purchased one with four chairs last year. I was a bit disappointed that two days after I ordered it I had a message to say I have a code to get 20% off a purchase!. I had paid for it and was awaiting delivery.

I ordered a new Corner Sofa cover as my old one has ripped on the corners I assume due to the wear experienced during the bad weather (disappointing) - I was given a date for delivery but it did not turn up so chased up after a few days and was given another date when it did turn up. Cover does seem expensive particularly as I’ve had to replace it after a year or so . If it deteriorates as quickly again I’ll have to rethink where I get cover from

We purchased a sizeable gift for our son. It was delivered on time and put inside our home as it was heavy. Good delivery service. However when it was opened by my son there was evidence of damage on the inside of the box. The polystyrene was snapped and we discovered that the pizza oven was dented and the gas pipes pulled away from the main body. It had certainly been opened before and revealed up. A replacement was arranged very efficiently but it detracted from the pleasure of receiving the gift. The new item was delivered in the same efficient way and in excellent condition. Despite the issues we are pleased with our purchase.

Web site clear and ordering easy. Customer service on query made about a previous bought product good. Delivery of patio set bought on this occasion was as promised. I was surprised that the items when unpackaged bore a different manufacturers label. The chairs required partial assembly (4 screws each). All fittings were properly packaged and supplied. On each chair three of the screws went straight in, but the fourth, in the same position on each chair, was hard to fit as the threaded receiving hole was slightly mis-aligned. This defect was evident even when the other screws were removed and the questionable one fitted first. This assembly was eventually managed with the assistance of two other persons. The comfort was good, and the pieces seemed of a good finish. I have been on holiday since the day after delivery so they have been stored indoors. If the finish is as good as previous purchases then ask should be well
