“Purchased a dining table and chairs, also, a corner sofa set. Great quality and looks good. Gave 3 stars as purchased in a sale and 2 days after receiving there was another £400 reduction in the bank Holiday sale. Gutted.”

“The item, an umbrella was fine when it actually got delivered but the delivery update information and progress was poor. A after a few days after placing the order and not heard anything sent an email for an update just got an automated reply stating because it was nice weather they are busy, next day at 8am out the blue the umbrella turns up!”

“I have contacted customer services about the tracking of items to be delivered, as I feel it is overcomplicated and not on a par with other online sellers. I am expecting a delivery tomorrow. However, I recently bought a table, 6 chairs and cushions from a nearby garden centre - which was delivered the following day at a time agreed in the shop. I am very impressed with the quality and durability of those items. I have given 3 stars based solely on the online tracking situation.”

“Recently purchased second spray bottle of wood protector - not cheap at £25. This was to try and prevent my third table from disintegrating. Kettler have kindly replaced two under guarantee. Why they sell 'poly wood' is a mystery as it is totally unsuitable for outside furniture. My third table top has started delaminating by the way.”

“The bench has been on the patio for a few months now, very attractive and comfortable. However I read it did not require any treatment until the autumn/winter. I purchased the protective cover for it which is now on for the winter. However there are slight cracks and you can see marks on it, which I’m concerned and disappointed about. What shall I do?”

“I came across the Kettler Kalos Pendant in spring and thought it was so stylish and exactly what I was looking for. I purchased this week and the lamp is great and keeps you warm, it’s stylish and fits in with our aesthetic. My big issue is that it comes with a 1.8meter cable, but it is an over head hung fitting. No one has added a socket at the top of their pergola, so the only way to connect it to a socket is via an extension cable. A real lack of thought has gone into that!”

“Easy to build. But think it is very expensive for what it is. I would think production cost & shipping from China would be no more than £50, so £700 is a bit over the top”

“I felt a spray would be much more helpful than a nail varnish bottle of paint with a tiny brush. Doesn't leave a nice smooth finish and quite expensive paying for bottles rather than the paint.”

“Initially very pleased with efficiency of processing order and delivery date. However, the delivery itself was atrocious. I understood it to be a kerb delivery. I did not think that meant the lorry would park at the kerb and refuse to take off the goods as 'not his job'. Ultimately, I had to arrange for 3 x neighbours to climb onto the lorry and manually remove the goods ourselves (large and heavy) Driver did nothing just said he clould not get pallet off the lorry. he didnt even try and he made no effort to lower the back to make things easier. So many issues here....”

“The table cover is inferior to my previous one in that it is very thin. I doubt that it will be waterproof. My old one seems to let water through now that I have hd it a while so I don't expect this one to be a good replacement.”
