I bought a table and chairs 18 mths ago and I love the contemporary look of the metal frame and wooden surface. However, having taken the cover of this month, in addition to general colour loss from all the rain, lots of small patches of the colour had totally gone - maybe attached to the cover? The customer services team were very defensive , telling me they don't recomend covering, and if i did cover, then it must be breathable. Fair enough, but this is not on the website care instructions and the assembly manual says it can be covered. I was also told I should have been reapplying the grey colour protector 4-6 times a year. This is not on the bottle or web-site. I only did twice. Anyway, on the positive, I have put on a couple of coates of the colour and it seems to have been taken up by the wood, put on 2 coates of protector and it now looks good again. Finger scrossed.

The table and chairs look very stylish. Sadly the chairs are very light and blow over in the wind even when tucked under the table.

The Copper Pendant Patio Heater is made to a lovely quality but the power lead is too short and we now have to get an electrician to fix this problem.

The product was fine but I won't order agaon from Kettler because you use TNT as your delivery partner. Waiting in all day for something that doesn't arrive and no way to get updates is tedious and unprofessional.

Great products but in short supply hence my 3 star rating. I desperately need a replacement cover (original has all but perished) for my compact corner seating set but not available anywhere so it's now subjected to the elements? Not cheap either.

I love the furniture but the covers perish very quickly and only last a few years before they need to be replaced. This is my third lot but the furniture it’s self looks as good as new. I wouldn’t mind but the covers are super expensive!

Order was incomplete and also had a wrong item However, customer service was very good and a replacement was dispatched straight away. Quality of furniture covers is excellent.

Excellent service. Good quality product. Only bad thing was that the paint on the fire pit table top is very easily scratched

Amazing product, but took so long to build. The table tennis table must have taken two people 6 hours to build. Nothing is put together for you.

Once erected it’s a very fine piece of kit. The assembly instructions are pretty dire - definitely could do something on this to make it easier to understand

Although the paint worked quite well I do think the size of the pot is extremely small to enable anyone to complete the job of keeping on top of any rating that might occur. I thought that the pot might be small & as such ordered two pots to complete a job on six chairs & a large table. However if the pots had been of a decent size I could have done a better overall finish on my set.

Cleaner for wood arrived very quickly but unfortunately the other product I needed was out of stock, the grey colour restorer. So have not used cleaner yet.

Whilst delivery and product were fine there was little information during the process. Whilst the payment was acknowledged, there was no order nor despatch notification resulting in the necessity to contact the company for delivery details which were provided on the phone by a helpful assistant.
