“I purchased some spare feet for a kettle Aruba garden set The service I received was excellent But I was shocked when I found out that you couldn't supply Me with a set of covers for this item Could you please help me find a supplier that can ??”

“Furniture is a nice design. Delivered quickly. Only criticism is the furniture as pictured does not have screws on the chairs which was reason I picked it but when arrived it clearly has screws showing, which is disappointing and false advertising. The sofa also had a slight scuff on it but I wasn’t going to go through hassle of sending back.”

“I ordered spare parts for my Everdure BBQ and one of the items was missing on delivery, the packaging was in good shape, therefore a picking error. Kettler responded quckly to supply the missing item which was a great save... but their courier delivered to the same house number/street name in a village three miles away... it happens a lot!!! So not perfect, but responsive which is great!”

“Our Kettler furniture is just perfect and having bought the fitted covers as well we are very pleased but what we are not happy with is the garden heater/lamp which is very very unstable and just not fit for purpose”

“Touch up paint for metal garden furniture (gun metal grey). This paint worked well, matching the colouring of the original and the chairs are now rust free (with iron oxide primer underneath the touched up areas). The nail varnish type applicator is too small to provide even coverage though.”

“The kit consisting of 3 bottles to restore my garden table arrived within 3 days. Instructions good, easy to apply & the table looks brand new. Only 4 stars given because only time will tell if the products work.”

“Products look good and glad i can keep them outside all year....the website to order direct is a little old, and the delivery didnt turn up together (chairs came without table), but all turned up int eh end, well packaged and (althought i have not opne table box yet) seems like no damage in transit. Just need the sun now”

“Love the products from sun loungers to patio sets, we have been very pleased with the durability and quality of the furniture. However we have had two cushions chewed by mice have spoken to customer service who on the tel were very helpful but have heard nothing since despite being promised an email with cushion details on, this was about two weeks ago, spoke to someone yesterday who again was very helpful, today have sent further photos, please help as i need to replace them. My review would have been five if it hadn't been for this problem.”

“So far, excellent product. Not easy to assemble particularly as instructions were not supplied and the ones I found on the internet were not clear either. They also don't tell you how much sand you need to fill the base - we think about 80kg so about 4-5 standard bags from the garden centre. But the parasol itself is easy to use once the drama of assembly is over. It's very big, but with the cantilever and arm crank it's simple to use and easily adjustable which is what we needed to track the sun. Feels really well made. We used it for both sun protection and sat under it in a sudden rain storm and it get both sun and rain off. Speaker is good quality and the lights worked well at dusk. Very happy so far but onlly used once.”
