“My parcel did arrive unfortunately I ordered the wrong size cover e mailed Kettler and got an immediate response and they are happy to exchange for the bigger size they were most helpful”

“We ordered a kettler palma mini corner sofa set for our new patio from John Lewis. Kettler were effectively a 3rd party acting on behalf of John Lewis. Communication from Kettler was non existent with regard to delivery of the product. After almost 3 weeks we were finally contacted by the delivery team who told us they would be delivering the product in 45 mins!! Luckily we were at home to accept delivery. The product appears to be of good quality and looks great. We haven’t been able to use it properly yet due to the weather but are hopeful it will be all we are expecting. The delivery team were polite and courteous.”

“We bought kettler garden furniture just at the start of the first lockdown including L shaped sofa and table with a fire pit. Furniture arrived quickly and well packaged. Very easy to assemble. The kettler seating is as comfortable as the sofa in lounge which is ideal as we spend most our time in the garden! We also got the fitted covers which are well made however, after 1 year theres a couple of tears so we will need to buy replacements and they're not cheap. Overall very happy with the purchase.”

“Very good cover just a little awkward to get over the fire pit, a couple of millimetres bigger around the fire pit would make it so much easier. The water also pools on the top which could easily be fixed if the sides from the fire pit where shorter and the cover the sloped to the outer edge. (See picture)”

“Fabulous parasol with a cover that is easy to use. The base is very large and it’s a shame it wasn’t designed to slide under the furniture as it does take up a lot of room. Only given 4 stars as we are experiencing problems locking it in to position. At first we thought it must be something we are doing wrong but it should be pretty straightforward, a slight breeze will then move the canopy and the mechanism will randomly lock . We now think it must be a faulty mechanism and are in The process of reporting it to kettler It would be interesting to know if anyway has experienced this and managed to solve it?”
