“They replaced the chairs without any question. However, the delivery went to the wrong address first and we had to wait two days for it to arrive - a delivery problem rather than with Kettler.”

“Quick response when we contacted the firm about some rust on our chairs. They immediately offered replacement furniture. We did have a number of problems with the replacement furniture (some damage in transit and then the replacement arm chairs did not fit under the Kettler table). However, we have dealt with very friendly staff on the 'phone and today we have received the final delivery - which is perfect. In spite of the problems we have had, we remain impressed by the firm's response and by the quality of their furniture.”

“Fantastic replacement service- however one of the the replacement items arrived damaged- not subtly, quite obviously. Maybe a QC check on replacement furniture should be made before dispatching. Can’t fault it otherwise.”

“We have had trouble for 4 years with a table and chairs that kept going rusty. Kettler exchanged them each time this happened. Finally we agreed to exchange them for a completely different set of furniture. Kettler have been extremely helpful and professional throughout. Would definitely buy items from them in the future, their after sales service has been amazing.”

“We ordered 6 kettler chairs to go with our Kettler garden table approx 4 years ago. After 2 years the chairs showed signs of rusting and Kettler changed the chairs after I sent photographic evidence of the problem. A further 2 years later the rust appeared again on the replacement chairs and again Kettler changed the offending chairs with no questions asked. Apparently Kettler have improved the finish of their garden furniture and have assured me that the problem is sorted. I hope that is true. I am very happy with Kettlers after sales service”
