“items delivered per order. would have been 5 stars but items arrived on last day of your service target. As all was required was to pop the item in an envelope and post, would have expected say a three day service not ten days”

“A garden table had to be replaced under Warranty because of signs of rusting. Kettler immediately ordered a replacement table which arrived exactly on the date advised and the courier took away the old table. Very impressed by how Kettler handled the claim.”

“So much better quality than the first one we bought, good weigh matetial, only down side is the eyelet don't go through to the inner side and am reluctant to push a hole through,with the high winds we seem to be having worried it would tear.”

“Your products are always well designed and functional. Delivery of these covers was……… bad. Box left outside of front door before 0800 in an exposed area. No attempt to contact us. Also the box was ripped open on one side. Poor, but alas this is pretty typical of carriers now.”

“Very happy this product is available for touch up as the coating is the prime reason to buy Kettler's great furniture but it can get damaged during unpacking (had a damaged at chair at delivery that was exchanged but my table was s ratchet at some point so I used this product for that)”

“Novera sun lounger arrived promptly. One of the wheels didn't click in place and I have had to order a new locking device for the wheel at an extra cost of £5. Also the back of the lounger is very heavy to raise up from lowest position with the arms.”

“We bought the RHS branded wicker garden furniture set which is great but sadly, and inconveniently, no cover is available for the coffee table which required us to purchase this elsewhere.”

“I was sent the wrong item however the lady i dealt with at Kettler was very apologetic & arranged the quickest delivery she could re picking up the item for return & the replacement. On the whole i was very happy with the product i ordered.”
