“Kettell Windows were great from start to finish. We contacted/visited a few different showrooms and discounted all other companies from the outset. Andy in the showroom was very patient while we made our decision over 3 visits! Friendly Lisa/Jo made the admin easy :-) with John visiting very quickly after initial booking confirmation to measure up. Andy made a great job of fitting the door and tidied up during and after! All in all a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for doors/windows. They are first on my list for any future projects.”

“Excellent at all stages of replacing our aging and rotting external doors. Friendly and happy to show different options and talk about the benefits and disadvantages of each, happy to answer questions and triple check designs and options prior to ordering, quick, quiet and tidy install with a solid introduction to how everything worked. Good communication when the initial install had to be abandoned due to the snow storm too. The doors look lovely and we’ve already had compliments! Will definitely make Kettell our first port of call when we need any more windows or doors.”

“Will, Darren,Jack and Ryan(?) all very helpful as was unable to move furniture etc myself. They left everywhere tidy each day and cleared up well after the work. Darren's plastering round the bow windows is most impressive. All the windows look good too!”

“Thrilled with our windows thank you. Received fantastic service from this family-owned business and would highly recommend them. Ben who we originally spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. Andy the lead fitter is a perfectionist and ensures everything is done to a high standard. Andy; Jack and Jim were a pleasure to have in the house to carry out the work. So happy with everything.”

“The doors and surrounds look just as good as we had hoped. The fitters were friendly and we thought that they were good ambassadors for your company. Any slight damage to the surrounds was minimal and less than we might have expected. The following comment is meant to be helpful and in no way diminishes our overall satisfaction. In view of the extra cleaning up we had to do, would it not have been a good idea to use dust sheets, especially inside on a wooden floor?”

Thank you for your review. Our teams always use dust sheets where appropriate but unfortunately on wooden floors which would be slippy underfoot, particularly if using ladders or hop up’s wouldn’t be safe. But we do have rubber mats for this to protect the floor and should always be cleaning and hoovering after, so I will be sure to share the feedback. “Over the last few years, Kettell have installed all the windows and doors in our house. Bi-fold doors, to start then a front door and finally the rest of the windows. On each occasion, the whole processs from start to finish has been really easy. Their work is to a high standard, they are tidy and work well and the difference in the warmth of our home has been really noticeable.”

“I had a new back door fitted. I went with Kettell because they are one of the few fitters of Evolution products in my area. They provided an outstanding service from the word "go". From Lisa and Jo in the office to Ben, the salesman, to Darren the fitter - they were all so efficient and polite. It can be challenging to have trades in your home but not Darren - it was like having a friend visit. I was given advice on how to care for my door. I couldn't be happier.”

“Patio Door upgrade on previous fitted. Timely arrival, the removal of existing / replacement done efficiently with attention to detail. On completion, all excess materials were removed and the property was left as found.”
