Friendly and happy to show different options and talk about the benefits and disadvantages of each, happy to answer questions and triple check designs and options prior to ordering, quick, quiet and tidy install with a solid introduction to how everything worked. Good communication when the initial install had to be abandoned due to the snow storm too. The doors look lovely and we’ve already had compliments! Will definitely make Kettell our first port of call when we need any more windows or doors.
