“Great customer experience starting from the initial visit all the way through to the installation. The quality of the products are great (patio doors, back door and windows fitted), and have great locking and security features. I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say and know where I will be going should any other doors or windows need replacing.”

“New Solidor Composite Front Door and side window fitted by Kettell Windows last week. Great service from start to finish, super product and professionally installed. Arrived on time and they made no damage at all to the existing wallpaper and decorations. Left site completely tidy and clean. A pleasure to deal with this company.”

“Kettell Windows were fantastic from the first quote to the end results. We had all windows and a bifold fitted and we couldn’t be happier. The windows/bifold look amazing and the fitters (Darren, Jack & Ben) were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. Fab company, fab results would defo recommended them to anyone.”

“We had new French doors installed in place of our old patio doors. The job was done quickly and the workers left it clean and tidy. The doors look great and the finish on the installation is a lot better than what we had before. They look really smart.”

“Very pleased with Kettell windows, from the quote to the organisation’s of all are windows and doors . Due to my partner illness we kindly asked for the front windows done first . It was no problem. And the work was excellently done .cleaned up and fins in no time . I knew what was happening and when . Would recommend this company no problem.”

“We are very pleased with our beautiful bi-fold doors supplied by Kettell. Phil went to great lengths in his preparation work , fitting a lintel, to match existing bricks and mortar. He worked tidily and with great professionalism, likewise the plasterer Darren also did a very neat job, taking a great pride in his work, all things which helped to make an overall excellent job. The whole fitting team team were professional and courteous at all times. At the end of the fitting the whole build area was cleaned up and tidy. Thank-you also Lisa on your very good communication, sorting out minor issues efficiently, which is so important. Would definitely recommend.”

“Everything from start to finish has been handled with the utmost professionalism, and the team have been so friendly, approachable and helpful through the process. There were a couple of issues with the windows that needed rectifying, but the team were quick to point them out and address them, and replacement parts were on order straight away. I will definitely use them again in the future”

“I encountered problems with fixing a date in advance for the fitting. I was offered 3 appointments at very short notice, none of which were possible for me. I would have preferred being given a date with at least a week to 10 days notice. The work itself was excellent and all visiting staff have been the same. Extremely pleased with the window.”

Thank you for your review. I can see from the extensive notes that you had been unwell for the original install dates, so pleased that you are well recovered now. Because of this you would have been on our priority list to fit you back in the plan as soon as you were ready so this will have been why you were offered our short notice dates. Please feel free though to share if you wanted more notice. You did share which days worked best & we could have accommodated a request for more notice also. We often work to fixed dates for customers carrying out other work or workign around their professions, such as teaching. We are pleased to hear you were happy with the end product!
