“Everyone we dealt with at Kettell we very professional from the person who came and did the initial quote, (there was no pressure selling), to the survey, (they were the only company who picked up the fact we didn't have any lintels above some of the windows, so these needed fitting before the windows were installed, to the builders, who installed the lintels and the installers who put in the windows. Everyone cleaned up after themselves, there was never any mess. We would definately recommend them to anyone requiring windows.”

“From start to finish the service and quality of the windows have been excellent. We have used kettle before after a recommendation and had no hesitation to use them again. Kettle is a professional and quality company. The work carried out was timely and exactly what we asked for. The fitters were tidy, clean and excellent. Kettle have never been pushy and gave us time to think about what we wanted as well as offering us ideas or advice. We would definitely recommend them.”

“Awesome Fitting! My wife and I have just had our windows fitted over the past 3 days by Kettell Windows. Our house is a kind of wonky upside down house ( a former, part farm house) in Houghton on the hill with all sorts of challenging angles - 2 front bays, up and down and my daughters bedroom window. Will and Darren (and an apprentice called Jack on the second day) were all all excellent!. It is so good to have professional people that take time and pride in their work, which sadly, has not been our experience in the past. Darren and Will are clearly great ambassadors for Kettel windows and took their time in getting it right, which we really appreciate! Hope they get a bonus from the company apart from the time off for the Queens jubilee!!. Once again, Will and Darren, thank you very much for your true professionalism and amazing job and thank you Kettel windows from Suni & Wal Wenden, Houghton on the Hill, Leicester.”

“We already had all of our windows replaced by Kettell, so when we needed to have our old front door replaced we had no hesitation in contacting Kettell again. Being able to discuss our requirements without feeling any pressure to decide until we were sure what we wanted was important to us, and Kettell provided this service on both occasions. “I recently had a total of 7 windows and 2 external doors installed by Kettell Windows in my Edwardian terraced house. It was a big complex job including two big bay windows and removal of old casement window frames. The quality and care of the installation were astonishing. The workmen created as little fuss as possible and took enormous pride in getting the smallest details perfect. The windows have transformed my house, with their excellent sound-proofing and insulation. A massive thank you to all who were involved!”

“Our new replacement window, supplied and fitted by Kettell Windows, was expertly treated from quotation to completion. All of the staff involved were friendly and helpful to ensure mutual timescales were arranged and carried out as agreed. The workmanship and finish were carefully treated and we are very pleased with the result.”

“From initial consultation to completion was faultless. I had two new doors fitted and can say that the end result is way above what I had in mind. Fitter worked in a very clean and tidy manner and has fitted superior products making the property appear to have an uplift The doors are very high quality as are the locks and keys . All in all great stress free service and would wholly recommend to others”
