“The experience has been fought with issues from beginning to end. The website only half took my payment, yet keen gardener issues me an invoice, even though there was never going to be a delivery of a green house. The customers services were friendly but ineffective,and actually lied about a price increase in the green house, encouraging me to place my order now or I would be charged more. the greenhouse is still listed at the price I paid, The green house took way more than the 7 days stated on the website. The delivery company, partially delivered the greenhouse and then contacted me at 9:00 am the next day, when I was at work, telling me that they would be delivering between 7 am and 6 pm that day, and giving me no option to change the delivery time. So the frame was left in a box on my drive way. On unpacking the green house many of the plastic components were broken. Only upside is that the green house or the part that I have been able to construct so far seems to be good.”

“Items arrived very promptly, well packaged to protects the items. The only reason I have not rated very good is because the items were for gifts and on the photo for the products they were in a glossy box which showed the items inside, however they arrived in plain brown boxes, so you had to open and put together before you really knew what is was. I wouldn't mind if just for me, but would have like them in the better displayed box as gifting. Couldn't fault the actually product or service provided by keengardener, would recommend.”

“A bit over priced for the quality of the Greenhouse. Treated rough sawn wood, some of it was bowed so took some adjusting to put together. Instructions were awful & you need to use a lot more screws to ensure the Greenhouse is solid. It needs painting otherwise it looks awful. Hopefully it will last as I have undercoated &,painted it”

“I recently purchased an automatic vent opener for my new greenhouse. On arrival I found that the package was open and that the fixings for the vent opener were missing. I contacted Keen gardener who promtly replaced the missing items.”

“Whitby Arch arrived well packed but assembly was far from straightforward a sections of the arch easily split which had to be glued and pinned by me. once completed the product looks good.”
