“Easy to deal with. Delivery set up to suit me and all went to plan. Bbq arrived on large pallet and very heavy. Lovely bbq once assembled”

“I had never heard of Keen Gardener before I searched for a particular furniture set and they came up as the cheapest supplier for it. I had a few queries and phoned the help line and the lady who answered (I believe her name was Kate) was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my queries and gave excellent information about the product and the order process. I placed an order and the items arrived a week later. We are extremely pleased with the LG Milan table set that we ordered and would definitely try Keen Gardener first if we wanted other products.”

“I am in a rental property but wanted some railings that looked good but I could take down if requested. I explained why I needed the fence rails. The customer service assistance was exemplary and my order was despatched very quickly given that I’d ordered it on a bank holiday weekend. It was a tracked package therefore I could access the delivery route. I will certainly recommend Keengardener to my friends and certainly use them again for future purchases.”

“Thought for the price it would be a bit better made. The instructions were so wet that when unwrapped parts of them were unreadable. Also it would be better if the delivery people spoke English!! Altogether not as good as expected especially as it was expensive!!!!!”
