We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delivery time and customs taxes. Our website does state that delivery can take up to 14 days for international orders, and customs taxes are not included in the pricing due to varying regulations across countries.

“Still awaiting one item even though delivery date has passed. Product that arrived was very small. Size Gide said 2/3 years,when arrived it was only 2 years and extremely small even for a two year old.”

Hi Paula Thanks for leaving a review, I am sorry we only got 1 star from you In answer to your querys, Your order was placed late on Thursday night so it was shipped Friday and delivered on the Tuesday which is within our delivery time scales. The shorts you ordered are a 2Y as you ordered, we understand sometimes designer goods can come up big or small and therefore offer our customers a 14 days return period, so if you wish to return them for a refund you are more than welcome.

“I’ve shopped with you before and the service has been very good, but I ordered two items for my friends fourth birthday, ordered them in advance and for some reason they arrived three weeks after his birthday, so I was disappointed but embarrassed in front of everyone else handing out their presents.”

Hi Gary Unfortunately the item you ordered was a preorder item which means it gets dispatched as soon as it arrives from the supplier. Any items marked on the site as preorder means there no in yet but you can pre order your sizes ike alot of our customers do. I am sorry for any misunderstanding
