“Ordered a dress for a 6 year old . I would have give 5 stars but the dress had been shoved in a plastic bag so when I took it out it was all crumpled. I would have expected it to be wrapped in tissue paper. or a bag. Also I was offered 10 % off but didn't get it. I was later told it only applied to non sale items even though a sale item was in my basket when the offer was made.”
