Please specify varying remittance fees on your website as the one shown on your calculator is deceiving. It’s said £2.99/£100 remittance but everytime I send money I am charged £3.99£ for £100 or less. And then the agent informed me that the £2.99 rate is for on line bank transfer which was not mentioned anywhere on their website. Kabayan pls be honest on your advertisement alam nyo nman ang pinoy every penny count pls be considerate naman wag nyo ng dalhin yung style ng mga dishonest pinoy business people dito sa UK nakakahiya at maawa naman kayo sa kapwa nyo pinoy.

Our calculator tool shows exactly how much fees will be charged, depending on the amount you're sending, your preferred delivery method (credit to bank account, cash collection, etc.) and preferred payment method (debit card or online bank transfer). I was not told that there is a problem with my transaction. I only knew the following day, when my mother told me that the money was not credited. Please let your clients know if there is an on going problem with certain accounts (bancnet) in the Philippines.

The process is very quick, it was the receiving end in the Philippines that isn't. Was supposed to be ready in an hour but when my family went to collect 2 hours later, still not there.

I remit money last sept 1 and 2 2020,bank confirmation from Philippines takes a week before credited to my beneficiary.Remitance last sept 29 2020,still waiting for bank confirmation! Thank you!

We seek to provide our clients with the best service possible; however, due to the bank's privacy and security, they cannot inform us immediately if there are any information that is incorrect until we try to credit the recipient account. This also applies to cash collection, the only time we would know that there is something wrong with it is when they present their ID. Simplify ur promo for Customer...like ur £10 Extra for new referral Just give coded references to avail & not link becz mostly ur customers base not computer literate Make it more customer friendlier not complicated to procreate better Satisfaction for everyone

The recipient in the Philippines could not collect the money I sent her because the money was misdirected to her dead BDO bank account. For a number of years, I have always instructed Kabayan Remit to send the money to M Lhullier so my sister could pick the money up from the local M Lhullier agent. She is an 80-year old pensioner and also has health problems that prevents her from travelling. In addition to this, due to Covid-19 lockdown, no one is allowed to travel to different towns especially if you are an old-age pensioner with an underlying health issues. As a result of this mistake by one of your Customer Service Agents, the money was delayed for 2 days. (Note: this money was needed urgently for my sister's hospitalization). My sister had to go back to M Lhullier 4 times to collect the money because I was given the wrong reference by a Kabayan Remit agent. I was very unhappy for the service I received on this particular transaction.

I think it's to complicated with the process of sending money because to many information are requested. But also the rate are very low compared to others.
