The recipient in the Philippines could not collect the money I sent her because the money was misdirected to her dead BDO bank account. For a number of years, I have always instructed Kabayan Remit to send the money to M Lhullier so my sister could pick the money up from the local M Lhullier agent. She is an 80-year old pensioner and also has health problems that prevents her from travelling. In addition to this, due to Covid-19 lockdown, no one is allowed to travel to different towns especially if you are an old-age pensioner with an underlying health issues. As a result of this mistake by one of your Customer Service Agents, the money was delayed for 2 days. (Note: this money was needed urgently for my sister's hospitalization). My sister had to go back to M Lhullier 4 times to collect the money because I was given the wrong reference by a Kabayan Remit agent. I was very unhappy for the service I received on this particular transaction.
