“Had several instances were I mistakenly sent the wrong amount and they were so responsive and fast with refunding the excess funds I have payed. It usually takes a month or two, but it didn't take a few hours with Kabayan Remit. So happy with their service, let alone their higher exhange rates compared to other apps.”

“Horrible experienced so far. Always sent you a transaction cancelled notification then they sent approved transaction through email, but I've realised almost 2 months the bill transaction was debited but the transactions in the dashboard were cancelled. I contacted them, they said couldn't see any transactions but when I sent my bank statement then there they acknowledged and saying they process the refund. They didn't even apologise the delayed and was considered fraudulent transaction if wasn't realise. I was waited the refund for a week now but don't hear them since. Beware of this remittance especially if Bill payment as they don't care if you will get penalty for the missed payment.”

“I really like kabayan remit, easy to make remittances to the Philipppines. I would have give them 5 stars but opted for 4 stars only because of one minor issue, and that is the "contrast of colours" of the letters/background. If you can adjust/ change the colour that would be fantantic.. I have difficult reading it, the colour of letters are dark and dull.”

“I’ve been using kabayan Remit for years now, it’s very convenient and reliable. So far, it did not gave me a headache and staff are very helpful and dependable. Their service charge is very affordable. I hope it won’t give me a light reason to switch to other Money remittances. Keep it up Kabayan. Don’t ruin our Trust. More Power!!!”

“It's always happened when you pick up the remittance at mhuiller they always say there is no fund. In short you have to go back 2 or 3 times before you can get your money.”

Hi, Kabayan! Thank you for your feedback. For cash pickup transactions, receipts are automatically sent via email once the padala has been successfully claimed by the recipient. If the padala has already been claimed and you still haven't received the receipt, please email us at info@kabayanremit.com with your transaction details so we can look into it and assist you as quickly as possible.

“Im not happy regarding with my 2 transaction,The 2nd transaction credited to my receiver but my first transaction hasn't come.the bank said in the Philippines they're using pisonet from UK thats why processing is too slow.”
