“Had several instances were I mistakenly sent the wrong amount and they were so responsive and fast with refunding the excess funds I have payed. It usually takes a month or two, but it didn't take a few hours with Kabayan Remit. So happy with their service, let alone their higher exhange rates compared to other apps.”

“Sending amount during emergency is a big hassle. Sending during emergency or vacation where your documents aren’t handy. I suggest that the app should prompt that we needed to provide additional documentation before us transferring the money so we don’t have to deal all of the chaos. There are so many times that I was disappointed the only upside is that they offer slightly higher rates compared to others”

“It’s great for sending money. Customer service is excellent! The only negative thing is their referral program. I have referred 2 persons but never received the referral bonus. Hope they’ll look into it. I would have put perfect 5 stars.”

“I am happy and satisfied with the result of my last transaction. Though there were some problems involved- the staffs were kind, patient and helpful in letting me understand why the transaction was not pushed through. And the refund was fast… thank you and more power! I am looking forward for my next “padala” to my loved ones in the Philippines!”
