“Had several instances were I mistakenly sent the wrong amount and they were so responsive and fast with refunding the excess funds I have payed. It usually takes a month or two, but it didn't take a few hours with Kabayan Remit. So happy with their service, let alone their higher exhange rates compared to other apps.”

“I've been a customer since the Kabayan Remit was called Asenso Remit. I've sent 50,000+ last March 27th, then I notice that it takes two days for them to send if its 50k up. The next day, I called them to just cancel it or just split it in half it they could, they said no. I called them again and was told they'd just prioritize it, and it'd be sent by Monday in the Philippines. Up until now, it hasn't been sent. I called three times already”

“Too strict for a 450,000-peso remittance to a fund. I bought a 1.5M property in the Philippines directly from the bank, no hassle. I sent the remaining balance of 35,000 pesos, but too many requirements were needed. I have been a client of Kabayan Remit for years. I understand that money laundering is rampant worldwide, but for a small amount, it shouldn't be put on hold. In fact, I sent all the documents required by this company. On the plus side, this company is safe to send remittances to.”
