“To many legal and personal documents asking even its not yet needed. The compliance team is asking about one month detailed bank transaction and your not allowed to hide and confidential file number. Again we are not asking for anloan and needed approval. Even the rate they have is way lower compare to other remittance. Also the way they colloect personald data is not secured.only through email not even encrypted.”

“I always use Kabayan Remit to send money to the Philippines. It secure and they offer great rates. Customer service is exceptional. My 2 gripes are the extended way of logging into their app and when I try sending money via the bank app it has never worked.”
