I appreciate the high exchange rate you offer, but the processing fee is higher than Taptap’s, and they provide the same service with no fees.

Had a lot of issues logging in with h codes resent and password change . I had to download the app to get through several times. It might be am not very technical but for older customers it is complicated to them at times. We just end up calling to a customer agent.

When Iam sending money kept repeating the same question, when I have done the transaction they’re sent me late notification, When I already updated my occupation kept asking me to update it when I tried to log in to my account

Sent a remittance Wednesday did not go through so I called and they amebded it to be picked up instead pf credit to acct. I got a text saying its now ready for pick up and it came with a new ref no. Only to find out it should be the original ref no. and just texted me the wrong one. Fast forward to Sunday evening my sister went to pick up using the original ref no and was told its not yet available.

Just the transfer sometimes would take days before it can get credited to the bank. It would be nicer if the max would be like a day or say if its a big amount be like 2 days as sometimes its mostly emergency/ urgent money is needed back home. Or there can be some parameters for some emergency or urgent matters for sending money.

I have been sending through Kabayan for almost 8 yrs maybe more with no problem . Currently its been complicated . Lots of security code . Not the same now from yrs ago . I am considering moving to less complex remittance

The main point of opening this app is to send money. And when you do so, the first 2 boxes you click on are veeeery slow to respond. One has to refresh a couple of time before it reacts!

In the early stages before when i started sending money, the flow of transaction was very quick and smooth and the money sent was received or credited quickly, like in a flash. However lately, i had experienced twice that my family members did not get the money right away and it took like 2 weeks before it was received and that proof from the receiving bank are needed to be provided which was not happening before. So, i am just wondering what’s goin’ on now?

We can confirm receipt of your complaint. We apologize that you had to experience this. We appreciate this opportunity to explain what happened to your transaction. We used Bancnet Instapay to process your transaction, which is a system operated by Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas. In a way, that system serves as a bridge for various Philippine banks so your money can be sent faster (can take as fast as a few minutes). Then the feedback, if the transaction is credited or undelivered (e.g. account number provided does not exist, returned by the bank) will be coming from the recipient bank, which in this case would be BPI. However, BPI had system maintenance, maintenance that's supposed to be for disbursement only, but for some reason, it also affects the inward transactions, including the remittances. Factors like this are beyond our control as we heavily rely on the recipient's feedback. We will appreciate your understanding, and we thank you for your continued use of our service for your remittance needs.
