“Fair exchange rate and low service charge compared to other online remittance. I just wish rewards don't have expiry so we can enjoy our loyalty rewards whenever we want to redeem it.”

“It’s great for sending money. Customer service is excellent! The only negative thing is their referral program. I have referred 2 persons but never received the referral bonus. Hope they’ll look into it. I would have put perfect 5 stars.”

“I am happy and satisfied with the result of my last transaction. Though there were some problems involved- the staffs were kind, patient and helpful in letting me understand why the transaction was not pushed through. And the refund was fast… thank you and more power! I am looking forward for my next “padala” to my loved ones in the Philippines!”

“The service is excellent I don’t any issue the only thing that I’m confused is about gaining points in sending money but why got expiration? Please don’t do that because we gain that from sending so there should not be expiration. Thank you”

“I appreciate that Kabayan Remit makes it easier to send remittances to the Philippines however, it would be better if you will have better exchange rates, lower transaction fees or eliminate it if possible, and most importantly, i hope that the rewards system would be improved, with no expiry dates on points earned. It is very hard to regularly send remittances and each remittance means hard-earned money and so having no expiry date for the rewards points and increasing the rewards would make a big difference and would be a big help to people sending their hard-earned money to the Philippines. It would mean that you understand and you genuinely desire to help and make people have a greater value for their money.”

“The exchange rate is good and transfers up to 50k pesos are sent within the hour.. However, for some strange reason, transfers over that can take 2 days. The customer service agents need a lot more training and must improve their listening skills 'I'm sorry to hear that' is the standard reply but no interest in sorting things out. Problems, however, do not occur very often. I am happy to use Kabayan to send money to my friends and family”
