“It always take 2-3 days before the recipient in the Philippines get the money from BDO.”

“Sometimes not sent a reference number in a correct time. Because staff said there was a problem with 3 network privider i dont know why. Since it happened to me twice i always asked the staff to do it manually...”

“I’ve been sending every month since 2017 since then it’s been fine, the only problem I have encountered was my last transaction just recently They had a mistake charged my account double, had to do screenshot of my bank statement & sent to prove it. After few days it’s been refunded.. thanks & its been resolved..”
