Hi Margie, Good day. For large amounts starting at 50,000 and above, the standard processing time is 1–2 banking days. Upon checking, the funds have not yet been credited to the receiver’s account as the transaction is still within the processing period. Rest assured that we are actively monitoring the transaction. We sincerely apologize for the delay in the remittance. Please be advised that the delay was caused by the Receiver’s E-wallet reaching its transaction limit. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as the limit is set by the e-wallet company. As a result, we had to wait for notification and confirmation from our banking partner. This my third times that I did not received my final receipt, you always do like this I don’t know why, I already informed you last time that I need my final receipt. Then after this conversation you will send a lot of receipts in my phone message and email. Please send me my receipt once I done my transaction,I almost 3 years that I'm using your platform. Please see on the attendance that’s the only information I received.

Around 2:35 AM on 2nd November, I attempted to send money. Normally, I confirm the payment within the banking app, but this time, the process required an OTP sent via SMS. The main problem was that I never received the OTP in time, despite repeatedly using the "resend" option. After several unsuccessful attempts, I was still unable to complete the transaction and decided to abandon it for the time being. Unfortunately, this issue was compounded by a highly disruptive follow-up call I received at 6:55 AM. The agent, who sounded like they were calling from your Philippines call center (working from home), rang three times. While she was trying to help me initiate a new transaction and explain the previous issue, she was excessively persistent and kept interrupting me, making it very difficult to clearly explain the problem I had encountered hours earlier. I genuinely tried to remain patient and understand that she was doing her job. However, the agent seemed oblivious to the fact that she was calling before 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning. Overall, this call support was not helpful and only served to create more frustration for me as a long-time customer of Kabayan Remit. I sincerely hope that proper call etiquette and customer response training- focusing on listening skills and genuine assistance rather than just adhering to a script- will be significantly improved.

l’ve been longer used kabayan remit reliable and responsive but when it come to claiming rewards it gonna happen to use it in my remittance that’s make me upset always said is automatically use when l remit.

Sent money Thursday afternoon still pending up to this time. Followed it up few times but still the same explanations from the representative. Very poor service, 1 hour promised but nearly 3 days now and still waiting. Very disappointed with the service
