sometimes keep wanting you to keep verifying yourself or when there is a problem picking up the money in the Philippines its hard to find help to talk too.

Exchange rate is reasonable. However, it take 3-4 hours to receive the money. Chat support is very slow on responding your concerns.

Good customer service . The only thing i'm not happy with is the official receipt not automatically send to the sender. Instead, a text being sent as proof of the money being sent to the receiver. Receipt is to be sent only upon request. The first company in Uk not sending official receipt if not requested.

Great exchange rates, but the app needs improvements . It can’t use it, it just goes blank randomly when inputing amounts. So i have to use my browser. That’s it.

I’ve been the good costumer of Kabayan for almost five yrs,but recently when I send money to my Family in Philippines,why you have a lot of requirements to be submitted for your Client, like me, that’s why , pina cancelled kona lang yong dal want beses na latest na padala ko kahapon..at nag pa Refund ako..kasi pera ko yon..at saka kaagad agad mag deduct ng Devit Card ko..tag £1000 Pa naman ang pag padala ko..every call..nag bayad naman ako ng Service pay..plss paki Refund nalang sa remaining kong pera na na deduct na ninyo…

Being loyal to kabayan remit but theres no complimentary or anything. Not like the other remittances. Sometimes good sometimes bad.. theres one instance that they have to wait more than 8 hours to get the money. Sometimes in minutes. So unpredictable

It could have better if money transfered in real time. Sometimes if i send money Saturday in Philippines we need to wait until Monday to cleared the money in the account. Nevertheless your service so far is good. And your rate is way higher compared to others. Thank you

When I did my remittance they keep sending reminders on how to pay which is so annoying. Like today, didn't know why I didn't receive my transaction details yet. I don't even know what cause me delays or problems for not receiving my receipt. Hopefully, my transaction went through and there's no problem happened. Thanks for paying attention for this matter. At first it was great using Kabayan Remit for remittance purposes. Unfortunately, after some changes the app became lagging and there's delay in the process. Before it was swift! But lately, the exchange rates are quite way lower from the realtime exchange rate compared on when it started, they really had lot's of changes I guess.
